just curious, are there any hints to symbiotes or Venom in this?

I’m only 3% in... though the cop friend mentions Spider-Man probably doesn’t look good in black and white (concerning a tux), but seemed like a Venom hint.

My copy arrived today, the game is great so far, I enjoyed the little lab sub games fixing Ock's arm. I just beat The Shocker, gotta agree with Spidey, his suit is awesome in this game! Off next to get some info on the mask, my only problem is my Chief just doesn't understand Spider-Cop!

Yeah, I really want to find it when I beat the game and take a somber photo of Spidey standing in front of Ben's grave in the classic red and blues in the rain.

It's really cool when you get to that point where Taskmaster just ambushes you while you're swinging and you fight him, was hoping he'd physically show up so that was a fun surprise. My question is, is it possible to beat him in that first encounter? Spidey and Taskmaster communicate after I lost and it sounds like it's on purpose, that's as far as I've got with that so far.

Yes. All you have to do is perfect dodge and throw **** at him. Only attack when he is stunned. Lost a bunch of times too.

Ok, I figured it out as I tried to do some additional quests. You change the day time at the research stations.

Like you have to activate a mission at one of them? How can you decide if you want rain or not?

No, no, you don't have to do a Mission. There's just a laptop at each of the research stations that lets you change the day of time. But I haven't found anything for weather.

so can you upgrade your regular Jump to jump higher?

I started the game and just swung around for the fun of it. which was great until I landed on the ground. It says you have to Jump then hold R2 to start swinging again.

I seemed to have a hard time getting the swinging going again, and the jump didn't seem very high for someone like Spidey.

anyone else have this problem? any tips to start swinging again off the ground?

I'd say zip to a perch point with L2+R2 and jump off there, or do a regular jump and use a web zip with X, to gain some forward momentum.

Also, if going into a swing isn't easy for you from a standing jump, maybe try a running start. Sprint with R2, and then just jump.

Yeah, you can upgrade the jump into a charged jump.
