YO, that tank/Grand Central Station combo was something else! So good.
So if you beat the game, is it like Arkham where you can replay the story but with all the suits you’ve unlocked available right away?
I don't know about the rest of you. But when I'm fighting criminals in this game, this is the music I play in my head.
I keep making the fatal mistake of thinking I can put it on for 20 minutes and then get on with what I should be doing, 2 hours later I am still swinging around New York City!
The timed missions are always infuriating as it adds extra tension and I lose my focus as I am watching the clock too much.
Those damned pigeons, every now and then I'll be heading somewhere when one will fly acrossw my path and I set off like a loon trying to catch it!
How far into the story are you?
I forgot how much this sounds like Rocky's theme 'Getting Stronger'.I don't know about the rest of you. But when I'm fighting criminals in this game, this is the music I play in my head.
I legit want the Hammond suit as DLC after the Raimi suit.
Organic webbing.I see you too are a man of culture, well done.
Question for ya webhead, what kind of suit power do you think the Raimi suit should have?
Organic webbing.
Unlimited webbing, and possibly reduced use of gadgets.Yes but what would that actually be? Unlimited webshooter and impact webbing ammo?
There's no new game plus mode yet, but Insomniac has stated they're close to releasing it. They meant for it to be added ona day one patch but it was delayed. I'm betting it'll be added sometime this week.
Not really. It's frustrating when I have to, for exemple, simply go from a perch to the immediate wall below it. Since there's no specific button for sticking to walls, first I have to jump so that then I can get back to the wall that was already right below me, but sometimes we miss the zip, or the jump, or the button input doesn't work for whatever reason. I already launched myself to a completely different building just trying to stick to a wall that was right below me. Not just that, but sometimes the transition between ceiling and walls or vice-versa is weird or just doesn't work at all. When I want to go down a building by crawling, there's no quick way to do it without jumping and risk alerting enemies since Spidey only runs upwards and the controls feel a little awkward.Does web zipping help with that a bit?
I always wait for the complete version before I buy a game. It's what I'll be doing with DB FighterZ. But...this is Spider-Man. It's the first time that I shell out some extra cash and buy a Deluxe Edition. Plus, I had not other game in sight.Nope, I'm the kind that waits for the deluxe edition before buying a game.
I did repeat that a few times while talking here.
I'm just like that and, considering I only play on weekends, it'll take even longer for me to finish it at all. Which is fine by me, I'm taking my sweet time with this game.I think I'm by far the slowest at this game. The last story mission I completed was the one with Officer Davis. I just get too caught up in swinging around the city, doing side activities, replaying Fisk bases to try and perfect my combat moves, and my goodness the amount of time I've spent doing the photo mode. It's like crack.
I feel like Web of Shadows did a very good thing in the wall clinging mechanics, push forward to stick, but you can still stick to walls using the web shot button. A two for one deal. Not really. They CAN fix a lot of these issues. God of War is a nice example of a New Game + that came with a ton of new stuff that they had to program into the game instead of just the basic notion of a NG+. Took a while but was worth it.
I love a lot of these 3D Spider-Man games, even the ones I complained about, and I'm still in no hurry to buy the new game yet.I always wait for the complete version before I buy a game.
