"GO GATORS,go SOMEWHERE ELSE that is":spidey: :spidey:

Spider-Man to angry friend with weapons: my ski instructor doesn't swing by for a week:confused: :p

From the MTV Series:

"I'm sorry, but Take a swipe at Spidey Day ended two weeks ago. It was just a short promotional offer."

This takes place when Peter is at the laundry like in the second movie
Peter :I wonder if this symbiote will wash off stains onto my other clothes...hmmm
*Man comes in*
Voice over- Afraid to wash black with other colours? Use tide with bounty to keep those colours on. The #1 preferred detergent by superheroes!
Peter: Whoa, product placement is sure getting obvious these days.

No, no, even better: The Oxi-Clean guy, Billy Mays, comes up to Peter

"Symbiote problems? Try OXI-CLEAN! Gets those pesky alien stains out, so you can get rid of that Emo haircut and get back to gettin' with MJ!"

scene 1: Spidey: *after seeing sandman starts singing* Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream, bum bum bum,

scene 2:

Spidey ha just saved a pretty girl.

girl: So do you alway save the pretty girls?

Spidey: This is pretty much Hero 101. Comes with the manual, along with the suit.:spidey:

The only cracks he made that were remotely Spidey-esque were the wresting scene in SM1, and the bank robbery scene in SM2. The elevator scene with Hal Sparks was more improv comedy, but still a classic Spider-Man moment that would've happened in the books.

"What're ya doin' up there?"
"Staying away from YOU."
That **** makes me laugh everytime I see it.

Spider-Man: Brock, stop this!

Venom: Not Brock! Venom!

Spider-Man: Stop it Forman! *Chuckles*

Spidey: Sandman, eh?? So, tell me, why exactly do you have to get into everyone's crack??

Spidey to Venom: It's Friday night, and you don't have a date?? With that tongue??

Who wants to bet with me that just like at Comic Con, Topher has better wit than Maguire on film?

Oh man, so true. Watching the two different press roundtable videos, it seems like Topher, Thomas, and Bryce have all the wit and charisma, while Tobey and Kirsten came off as distant and just...burnt out. Maybe they're just sick of their roles. Sad.

Spidey"
It Could Be Worse For Me At Least The Feds Aren't Chasing Me To Use Me As A Cheap Labor Agent"

Spider-Man is tired from a very intense arial battle with Harry, and just breaths a sigh of relief, and then suddenly Sandman jumps into the frame.

Spider-Man: *sigh*

Then, in a flash, Venom drops in, and hisses.

Spidey looks up to the heavens, and says...

Spider-Man (to God): Are you kidding me?

Spidey punching Sandman: "Time to hit the BEACH!"

The MTV one, for its faults, had some of the best wisecracks.

As he meets the Lizard for a second time: Know any good places where I can get a little tail?

Is the MTV series worth buying on DVD?

That sounds like a thing Black Spidey would say... pretty good though...

spidey reading a DAILY BUGLE issue
" WHAT THE... jjj's saying i've been making out with KIRSTEN DUNST while she's making a movie here bah and loney doesn' jonah think i have ANY taste in women"?:spidey: :spidey:

I'd want to hear some wisecracks by Parker when he is in the symbiote. But, alas, that may never happen. :(

I think wise cracks can definately work in these movies but tmags doesn't fit the profile to pull it off and make it work successfully.....imo.

Spidey: *to Sandman* You're just a barrel of laughs, aren't you?

That's from Amazing Spider-Man #5...his school fight with Sandy.
