Everything about the game looks epic. PT, OT, ST eras, upgradeable characters and heroes, different classes, Starkiller Base and Kamino (+ more locations), canon campaign from ROTJ to TFA... Everything sounds/looks perfect.

Day 1 purchase for me for sure.

Also upgradable ships to an extent. Man, I loved the first Battlefront. Yes it lacked a campaign and could've had more done to improve the MP. But I still spent so so so much time on it playing and having a blast. And now this game and all this info looks like they turned it up to 11 and I cannot wait.

If they can actually deliver on all of this **** at launch, I may have to retire from playing the original Battlefront 2 online via game ranger and give this a go, but if they release a third of a game and expect me buy the rest of it piecemeal again, EA can **** right off.

Bleh, looking around it looks like the PC version is digital only and the Deluxe version will be an Origin exclusive. I think I'll hold off for now and see if there are places selling it for less than the £54.99 that EA want for the standard edition atm, £54.99 is a crazy amount for a standard edition PC game.

I remember last time around when they released the PS 4 Battlefront bundle it also came with 4 additional games: Bounty Hunter, Super Star Wars, Jedi Starfighter, and Pod Racer

Wonder if they will do something similar again. Would be cool to have some more Star Wars classic games

I am glad of that. The worst thing of the DLC outside of the money is how it separates the fan base. Like in Battlefront the best DLC is the Bespin one. Sabatoge is such a great game mode. And it's only on that DLC. But sometimes it's hard to find games because not everyone has it. So I'm glad of this.

I agree. I really want Super Empire/Jedi. Also it would be nice to have the Dark Forces series, Rogue Squadron series ,and KOTOR on PS4.
