Eh. I don't care for many variations of Doom besides the usual one. They either turn into pretty much the same thing or get killed pretty quick.

I never ever got into Rom so really, no opinion.

Same boat.
I read somewhere this character was a source of an inspiration for RoboCop, and in one of Peter David Hulk issues Rick talks to Alan Quartermain about Rom possibly liking RoboCop when they were on the run before Grey Hulk goes Fixit in Vegas.
So that goes in the characters favor in my book.
And he attended Rick's wedding, being friends with Rick Jones makes any character good.

Apparently Rommie had an action figure & the whole bit back in the day, however I was extremely busy with other toys & characters, so never gave Rommie the time or day. ***shrugs****

that dude is like the freaking coolest and one of my top tier guys!! and whats made him cool was him and the other Spaceknights were a power like the Kree and the Skrulls and stupid marvel never really got into that and cancelled that book! it was cool cause his enemies the dire wraiths shaped into humans and us earthing thought he was a monster just going around killing people!! dude was always trying to explain and of course humans being human were like we gotta get an atomic weapon and blow his ass up!

Up until Wolverine left Weapon X they had a fine Wade Wilson. He was funny, very awesome and and was a great movie version of the character. I wish they brought him back sometime in the rest of the movie but I guess we just had to assume he was killed by Sabretooth offscreen like the rest of Weapon X.
