Griffin? Weird character. He's been intelligent but he's also been a mindless animal. I remember there was a time when Namor lost his ankle wings for some reason for a while and Griffin was somehow "domesticated" by him and Namor started using him as a mount.

During the short run of Herc when he was mortal (and i think he still is) during fear itself he turned into an actual griffin and Herc also used him as a mount.

Amphibian- i liked he was like the poster boy, star- fox shagging everything that walks for the Squadron Supreme! and for a bunch of fascists like they were it was kinda offbeat and cool!

The black guy is Centurius I think if that's who were talking about, the guy beside him is one of the Blood Brothers.

Yup that's them, they used to work for Thanos in his earlier apperances, i think they helped him get the cosmic cube. They were also working for Paibok in the Drax miniseries that happened right before Annihilation.
