poisons, werewolf-serums, life-like robots, sex-swapping devices, mind control perfume, etc. she's kind of a jack of all trades. after reading her bio, she was a lot younger than I thought. she became a villain at 16 years old.

I do not remember her name being mentioned, I remember Luke having a girlfriend named Harmony, not Claire.
I think a faint, vague memory is now resurfacing, as I type this in, as a result of seeing about her appearances in Luke Cage and Iron Fist: Heroes for Hire.

she was before Harmony. I think she was married to Bill Foster at one point, too. Foster, in a roundabout way, became Black Goliath to "win" her back from Luke Cage.

they took a totally great useless character which made people love Colossus caused he cared so much about his little sister, that he turned metal saving her from being run over by a tractor!! and HEY!! she just happento be a mutant cause we NEED MORE MUTANTS!!( how come his mom wasnt one!? cause i guess she wouldnt look good in booty shorts!...but i digress!) and was she a Mutant?or a practitioner of the occult!?!... and of course she has to be bad ass so she needs type of Sharp thingie to cut people with! oh a Soul sword!! and a big purple henchman to walk around calling her boss!!16 year olds should not go around with booty shorts and big purple henchmen!! its indecent!

I like Magik. My only problem with her is that some of her story lines have been a little confusing over the years. Though, maybe that is because I only really got into comics about 5-6 years ago and I didn't read all her old stories in chronological order.

Magik may be my favorite New Mutant character. She was one of these beautifully complex, pained characters. She could be terrifyingly commanding and sweetly innocent - a mix of the Darkchylde and the little girl she once was before corrupted by Belasco (the one who Storm tried to save in Limbo).

Yeah, Illyana didn't need to be more than Colossus's baby sister. Now she's a bi-polar psycho chick who's demon form is a naked UNDERAGED girl. Good job...
