Favorite Trapster appearance -

Pete gets his ass kicked by an unoccupied Baxter Building.

I don't know if I can call him a great villain, but I certainly love the fact that he exists.
i agree not on my all time top villains list but i love when he shows up. he was one of mr favorites as a kid since i was always making traps as a kid.this 1 time ( at band camp hahaha) , nobut seriously i got a piece of aluminum.spliced my electric train wires, tapped em to the aluminum. ran an extension cord inside the house and laid the aluminum on the sidewalk to electrocute people walking on it(it was electric train current of course i didnt shock anyone ( i tried though1 hehe) all from what i saw the trapster do. who says you cant learn anything from comics. traps a 6 on the rock scale

hahaha thats just wrong! on all levels. the trap dressed as DD ,shooting his paste on sue! hahahahaha

I like Trapster, don't mind him catching hell as long as he gets the occasional good moment as well. He reminds me of a Flash villain-more a professional criminal, less of an evil psycho.

I always feel like the Trapster should be one of those villains who I freakin' hate, those 'tweener' kind of villains that aren't that much of a threat, but can get the odd victory here or there if the hero(s) aren't on their game. But I don't. I think he's pretty much alright and I have respect for anyone that can go around with a moniker like Paste Pot Pete....

Yeah, I dig Trapster, and have always seen the potential the character has. He could be a pretty damn effective villain if writers took him seriously more often.

He's the every situation villain
I love his character

this next guy likes to blow &^%$ all up!
"Release the dogs of war and CRY his name! ! so you can ask "who let the dogs out?!?!!! "Woof woof wooof woof!

HAVOK

I think Havok is slightly underrated. He's a good leader, the least dickish Summers brother, a scientist, and a generally decent character all around. But ask someone to write him, and 80% of the time it turns into "Blah blah blah, wants to prove he's as good as Scott, blah blah, rocky relationship with Lorna, blah."

Havok is awesome, too bad Marvel has totally forgot that for the past 10 years. I've got some fond memories of him during the X-Men's "Australia Days".

Like Cyclops after the death of Phoenix, Havok is a ruined character.

Ignore everything from 1981 or so on and take it from there.

I like his potential a lot, but like Manic said he isn't always written the way he should be. That's still better than nothing I guess. I wish it were different, but since he's in the X-universe my hopes are pretty low when it comes to him.

I liked it when he went to Space. Space makes mediocre characters better.

:doom: :doom: :doom:

Heh, could could also say the same about characters being written by PAD these days. Really, who would have expected Layla Miller and Darwin to be as interesting as they'd become, or having Longshot and Shatterstar seem relevant again. I can't wait to see Havok under his pen again.

PAD is PAD. He is a great writer that can bring out the best in anyone. I wish he'd write the Avengers right now. I'd love to see him tackle that.

I like his black costume more than I actually like the character himself. I actually prefer Cyclops to him more often than not...

Love Havok. He was right up there with Daredevil for me in terms of favorites as a kid. He's fallen down my list quite a ways since those days, due primarily to not having much of a presence in the Marvel Universe following Mutant X, but War of Kings and X-Men: Kingbreaker put him back on my radar in a big way.

i too dig Havok. like you guys i think he's totally underrated and Mutant x was the ^%$#! he's a 6 on the rocktor.
next from blowing things up! to blowing himself up!( see what i did there) He caused the death of Captain Marvel was the catalyst for the heroes"Civil War" in Ozark mountain terminology. "DAMN BILLY BOB! HE BLOWS UP REAL GOOD!!" ( hehe:cwink: )it's NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

NITRO

" knew i should'nt have had those burritos!"

Didn't give a crap about him before Civil War, during Civil War or after Civil War. He's probably the biggest loser of all villains, his only claim to fame was inadvertently killing Captain Marvel.

I'm a havoc fan. Don't like x-men stuff in space so haven't been following him for a while, but lookin forward to seein him in X-Factor

Havok is awesome, best summers family member by far.

Nitro is alright, the idea of wolverine taking him down during civil war was ridiculous. That's the height of wolverine's overpowerment.

Eh, he's an okay villain. One note sure, but sometimes, that's okay.

Havok is cool

Nitro is only good when he's defeated, especially that Spider-Man made him nauseous for a while, and even more when he was in two separate cylinders
