In terms of views, it has almost caught up with BvS. Pretty crazy.

The trailer is great, but I feel sure this is largely due to how huge and transcendent The Joker has become. Everyone wants to see the movie with the new Joker! It probably helps that his appearance will have come as a surprise to many people.
