What I'm wondering about the scene is that it seems like Joker's thugs are busting him out seeing as he has Arkham pants on, but you see him walking in his his jacket and everything too. So is he going into Arkham to get Harleen?

Well Harley is still a Doc as you can see her there, so his thugs have obviously come to break him out. The torture scene then possibly comes after they've torn the place up a bit.

The scene with him walking all dressed up is probably much later on and in a different location.

I thought that too and the answer to my question is probably simple but, the panda dude is in both scenes. I guess he just survives the breakout.

Well, I'm guessing there aren't that many casualties in his crew when they break in to Arkham, unless of course the Joker just randomly kills them himself... or there might be more than one Panda goon!

Not sure if it's David Ayer's style (I've yet to see his movies, been busy), but I picture this scene of the Joker taking over Arkham to have a happy/funky song being played over it. Kinda like Nicholson's Joker at the art museum.

As I said somewhere else, I think Schoenberg's Pierrot Lunaire is a good reference point, because it is applicable to The Joker and Harley both by its representations and because its atonal, deconstructive nature essentially echoes what The Joker does.

That won't get used, though, because nobody would buy the soundtrack.

I'm guessing something for that scene would be along the line of Disturbed's "Down With The Sickness"

Wasn't Steven Price the composer who won an Oscar for Gravity and worked with Ayer on Fury meant to be the composer for SS? it was originally listed that he was the composer for SS on both Wikipedia and IMDB but not anymore.
