Ah yes. Hadn't thought of Hardy but I love him in everything so why not? Plus, he was originally set to star in Suicide Squad, so who knows? Maybe it could happen. He has a longstanding relationship with WB and DC after all, with TDKR and that 100 Bullets project he has coming up.

Regarding Deathstroke... I don't think he's in this but I do hope we'll see him in the future. That's one character I would LOVE to see, but I'm not sure which way they will go with him. He could be older (as he's typically portrayed in the comics). I could see them going younger though, if they do his full origin. After seeing Fury, I really, REALLY would love to see Brad Pitt as Slade if they go the older route. He could be amazing. Plus, it seems like the kind of role where they could persue a big name.

If they go younger, well... Lately I've been championing Zach McGowan (Black Sails) for a number of comic book characters. I think he could make a perfect Wolverine or Lobo, or maybe even Batman, so Slade might be a good fit for him too. Come to think of it, Toby Stephens (also from Black Sails) might make a good older Slade.

I would like if they go the older route who already had history with Batman and other characters.

I bet Batman didn't actually capture all the Squad members. Probably just Croc, Deadshot, and Harley. In the bohemian trailer Boomerang was delivered in a bag that said he was shipped from Australia, Slipknot was escorted by the FBI, and according to the Empire article El Diablo was a member of a Los Angeles gang.

isnt the bag shot after the prison scenes. the shot where he is in the bag is when they are transported to the base. IMO

One theory is that the scene with Boomerang in his cell is at the end of the movie and the surviving squad members are put back in prison after finishing the mission. The only people we see wearing a prison uniforms at the base are Harley, El Diablo, Deadshot, and Croc. Boomerang isn't wearing any prison clothes in that scene.
