lets think about it. why would WB give an actor footage or an official image from the set to load it on his private smartphone. we know that smartphones from celebrities get hacked every week. it gets online when a girl is nude. if not they move on.

this is not like weeks after filming. Leto has filmed maybe less than 14 days. the footage is not even ready to be put in a trailer. so who converted the RAW file from the camera(expensive production camera) to a file that can be played on a smartphone?

Something tells me that WB is going to give us an official shot soon, it always happens this way...something gets leaked and to combat it WB releases something official.

I wouldn't get TOO huffy if i was WB, how best to combat all the Avengers 2 hype? Give us new and full pictures of the new Batman and Joker.

Zack Snyder kept promotional photos of Batman and Superman on his phone and showed at least one of them to Kevin Smith over a year ago. This sort of thing isn't exactly unheard of. That said...
