listen, im all for showing the abusive kind of "love" between Joker and Harley, just dont glorify it. make it stupid obvious that its the wrong kind of love. abuse is abuse. we already have that blasted 50 Shades skewering morality.

I'm guessing this is the end of the film. Joker escapes from prison/Arkham ,Harley is breaking up with him, she seems to have taken off the makeup and is in her civilian clothes. Maybe the job with the squad bought her freedom? Joker comes back to try to lure her back in and she is having none of it? Or does she fall for him again and leave in his car?

What if it's the start of the film and it's showing how Joker and Harley got taken in by the Dark Knight, and gives us the moment Batman knocked the teeth out of the Joker's mouth for [BLACKOUT]killing Dick Grayson[/BLACKOUT]? Just a thought.

I think so too. Look... We fans and those in the geek-o-sphere were all over the Joker reveal picture, but most people didn't really notice. So, I think that we will see a more suave looking Joker at the start. Then, when they get back to him later in the film, the audience (most of whom again, aren't as close to this as we are) is going to be shocked by how he now looks in prison. My two cents.

Joker and Harley's relationship has always been abusive, if you don't like it, don't watch the film.

Anyway I do think they are filming a Flashback scene.

Holy smokes, someone filmed the entire scene and put it on youtube. Joker purple shirt is open revealing part of his chest, silver jacket, he acts really smooth and almost suave.

I'm sure it will be surfacing all over the place as they try to remove it.

It's interesting to see this evolution though. Look... Harley started as literally a cartoon character and not a really well rounded one at that, where they eventually put some more meat on her bones... But the abuse that is part and parcel of her relationship with Joker started there as well in animated form (a specific style too, as Timm's design and the tone of the show was... Cartoony at times, for lack of a better word). And it's interesting to see how once you adapt something from a cartoon to live action how the perception will change. Joker knocking around Harley in the toon is... Well it is played for laughs. In live action? That's (hopefully) will be another story all together.

Wow... That footage spoiled me big time. I can't make it out too clearly but... Joker's shirt is definitely open and he looked sans ink. Which makes me think that his reveal pic look is for later. Also, I loved the way he just pulls the gun right out of Harley's hands. Leto's movement, the hands and all.. Yeah, Joker is gonna be JOKER. I think we can rest easy.

Nice. Glad we can't really hear the audio except for the beginningnpart. Also I didn't see any tattoos but he def seems to have his teeth. They seem a little larger than normal.

ok if anyone was still doubtful over Leto's Joker-- that vid's gonna quiet them down big time

looks like Joker doesnt have a shirt on, and it looks like Harley still has her wits about her. i hope this makes it to the movie and not end up deleted, its a great scene!

someone post that vid on the Pictures thread before it gets lost in the gushing around here.

Love Margot in the beginning, "Get out of the car!". You can see see that she says "Puddin' " from the movement of her lips, nice facial expressions too. The rest of her body language is a bit rigid here though, but I think she's a great actress so I'm not too worried.
