That's some big action going down... looks like lots of battle damage, fires, large military escort and Task Force X... must be a pretty formidable foe they're facing.

The set photos depict several different things, but generally seem to capture a major showdown involving Task Force X, who seem to have military liaisons along for the fight. Previous plot story rumors about Suicide Squad offer two main possibilities for the action sequence in question: Task Force X’s assault on a military convoy, in order to retrieve a bio-weapon (Cara Delevingne’s Enchantress), or a major sequence at the end of the film involving a riot at Belle Reve prison. Of course both those scenarios are just RUMORED to take place, so the sequence in the set photos could be something else entirely.

That said, the photos clearly show that Enchantress is the one team member missing from the scene, which would lend credit to the theory that this is a big heist set piece, presumably somewhere in the center of the film. Again, that’s all speculation, based on our observations of the photos. Based on the state of the terrain (flame and rubble), it could also be a prison riot sequence.

The theory that they're looking for Enchantress comes very close, I think.

It would make sense in this world. A person with magical powers is not just going to be part of the team like it's nothing special. She's an anomaly, meaning the government or a "villain" will use her or at least detain her.
