Does Jared have the forehead tattoo or not?! I can't quite tell.

Can't tell. That tatt was small and had thin font. The clearest shot of his forehead that I can see doesn't show anything but it's still possible it's there. I hope it's not.

I kinda think that this scene is something Harley cooked up, so that trucker is acting under her orders, so he's like a thug for hire or something.

Looks like it's not but it's still possible it's there since the tattoo itself is small and has thin font. However that grill, right pec tatt, stomach tatt, and left hand tatt def are.

This looks like a reshoot of the scene we saw on Leto's phone, the very very first leaked pictures of the joker.

Possibly re-shooting it without the tattoos. He does the exact same thing in the other photos, he pulls a gun to his a head.
