And she flies where she doesn't. I could see her becoming Supergirl and then him following suit easier in this universe as much as I may dislike the idea.

I dont have an issue with that being her standard outfit on SV. If it draws more viewers to the show, thats a good thing.

To say nothing of the integrity of the show or it's creators, of course.

Aww, and all this time I thought Michael Turner made a career out of being a hack.

Personally, I like Turner's art. I also love the supergirl outfit he created as well.

No, seriously. I've been away from the Smallville boards for awhile... but I find I STILL basically dislike the whole idea of Kara being tossed into the mix at this point.

There is SO MUCH more to Smallville than MOST shows on the CW... they don't have to stoop to the titilating T & A stuff, which is really what this feels like. It's just so random and out of place to add such a huge new main character now.

Besides... Aren't they already juggling enough female characters sporting too much cleavage!?

Remember the beginning of Season 4? They had scenes of EVERYONE in the shower in the first few episodes.

They introduced Kara to get a Spin Off & a Supergirl Show would not have the restrictions Smallville has so a Supergirl Show would also be everything Smallville is not & including the Tights. Thats the only place a Supergirl Show can go because if not itd just be Smallville but with a Girl

Both cleavage and shower scenes will keep the fanboys in line long enough to give the actress a chance to prove she can act. This is still the media we're talking about here...

Don't think we saw a Martha & Lionel shower scene. That must be this season.
