Talking to girls online? It's easy if you don't make it obvious what you are looking for. I get to know them first and then when both of us are comfortable we agree to meet up at the next 'beers' (this is just the name for the regular meet ups of the Irish online community I am a part of). Then, we see how we get on in the face-to-face environment. Sometimes it doesn't work out but there are times when we find out that we still share the same rapport face-to-face that we do online. Then it's just a matter of seeing who makes the first move.

The key to talking to girls online is not to be pervy. Make it clear that meeting up just to get your leg over is not the reason why you are interested in her.

The cure for talking to girls online can be summed up pretty easily. DON'T DO IT. Talk to girls in real life. Just grow a pair and go out and meet someone. If you see a girl in the supermarket, walk up behind her and just say "nice melons". That's the ultimate ice breaker. Then when she turns around, quickly point to the canteloupes and say Nice melons.

lol, it's the only way. I've been to nights out with my online community where there have been a numbers of guys deperately making plays for the girls they have gotten to know online. It comes across as creepy and intimidating, it's a big no no.

The big problem here is that for most of the guys on the Hype, most of their experience with learning how to talk to women is either from "The Thick Women Appreciation" thread or reading the latest installment of Spider-Man and Mary Jane.

The only excuse for solely doing that is involuntary housing, multiple restraining orders, or temporary relief from a psychotic experience involving a nightmarish vacation, some midgets, and the inexplicable cherry pie with REAL cherries.
