Luchastyle and I are in a midst of a collaboration project where he writes & I draw. We have started on a Mr. Freeze project, and these are the concepts...I dont see it as something very elaborate but it will be on hell of a project as I envision it.

Let me explain the freeze suit/gun first.

suit- Since nolan's vision is my inspirational drive for this project, I wanted freeze to be believable yet wanted to keep his iconic look. Everything he is wearing is current technology...The arms and chest piece were inspired by the "pneumatic robot suit " japanese tech which is for workers to lift heavy loads. It is battery-powered, and works by detecting muscle movements and amplifying them. Makes freeze stronger. Finally the Inner suit is based on nasa's mercury pressure suits and the helmet is oxyginated by O2 tanks attached on his back.

The Gun: probably wont acquire to everyone's taste's, but I wanted it to seem like he put it together using the cryogenic machinery at his lab. Instead of a "ice beam" it will emmit liquid nitrogen which will be enhanced using various electronic/microwave chambers so it can start solidifing on contact with anything room temerature or above. The size? I want this gun to be really powerful and the size backs its power...I envision this to be a part of a flash freezing system in his lab that he has modified to serve as a gun.

Im sure that rundown was not absolutely needed but I wanted my concept backed up with my thought process...

Now for the over hyped comcept art.

Allow me to further distort...I loved how this turned out.

I hope I've done justice to a character that is deserving.

BTW...Ben Kingsley=Mr.Freeze.

hey all this took me a god awful long time but i painted out all the text basically, which was way harder then i thought. tell me what you think. again this is from the full cover with all the text on it..

and this is a wallpaper im working on, pretty much finished, just gotta line the head up better as its taken from another picture..
