The Dark Knight Teaser Poster Coming?

Just found out that the Italian dub version of TDK will have ties to 89.

How? Well, the actor who dubbed Nicholson in 89, his son will dub Ledger in TDK.

Also = Italy is attempting to get an earlier release date than the US. (Not sure what though)

i like the joker holding or crushing the bat for a poster. i know there are some people who don't, but i think it's cool. there aren't a whole lot of other ideas out there for a poster that i like.

yeah. that's fine, i mean i'm not gonna be pissed with any poster. but if i had to choose one, it'd be joker with the bat. which, i'm sure won't have his face. it'll be a purple suit, just the torso holding a bat. that makes more sense for a poster

Not really.

Unless they make seperate posters for 5 or more characters from the movie (like they have done with the XMen movies) then it should only feature Batman. If they want to make a movie called "The Wacky Adventures of the Joker"....then he can be the centerpiece, but otherwise it should be the Batman in prominence.

This is only the teaser poster y'know. It's not going to be the ONLY one they make. Besides, it also gives the audience a pretty good idea how gruesome and psychotic this Joker is going to be.

Also, Nolan said time and time again this movie is solely focused on Batman himself. Joker is just playing the role of the psychological threat of Bruce questioning his role as the dark knight.

Joker holding a dead bat is an aweful idea; thank god W.B. would never use that.

I can 110% gaurentee that if Batman is in the poster; which I suspect he wont be; itll will be a dark shadowy, iconic pose and nothing more. Same for Joker.
