As far as a Spider-Man trailer being attached with Superman Returns, a representative for the film said that it was "just a rumor" at this point.

Sony will have a Spider-Man 3 presentation at Comic-Con International in San Diego next month, although it is unclear if Raimi or any of the actors will be thre.

Now note that it's not a denial...just a "we're not saying yet" thing.

But if anything, I'm thinking we'll see SOME sort of footage or maybe even finally a Venom confirmation/picture by next month's ComicCon.

As far as a Spider-Man trailer being attached with Superman Returns, a representative for the film said that it was "just a rumor" at this point.

I told you that the SM3 teaser trailer attached to Superman isn't official, not until SONY says so (not Sam Raimi), which means that this bullsh:t is a fan made (FAKE!) manip. Sony had nothing to do with this crap (below) which means it would be fact if it were real, not a rumor. Now I will be downloading Superman Returns for sure. Personally, I want the first glimpse of SM3 to be at the Comic-Con, not attached to another comic book film.

I seriously doubt that Vis- for one thing, what fan would have been so detailed oriented to mention Da Vinci Code and- of all things- RV? How would they get artwork for The Grudge 2?

And- if it were fake- the SR folks wouldn't have said it was a rumor at this point. They'd have said it wasn't happening. Let alone that with this rumor spreading to every site, if it were false, Sony would've denied it by now.

And is it mere coincidence that the final trailer for SR is running this coming Friday with "Click" a Sony release?
