Superhero Hype Awards The 2010 SuperHeroHype! Awards Ceremony

Ferret, shut out as usual.

I voted for Ferret for Smartest Poster. Quite frankly, I'm surprised I won.

Because you say things like "quite frankly", and the like.

I voted for Ferret too actually, at least I believe I did. I voted for Manic in other categories however.

...but it is an official 2010 SuperHeroHype! Award Nominee. That's still pretty cool considering the hundreds of thousands of threads on the Hype.

:applaud

I missed that, when is that award being given out?

All of the awards have already been given out. The ceremony was held this past tuesday in this thread.

Ferret, shut out as usual.

Uh oh... now he's mad.

Also, where'd you get the Idea that Jews (Hebrews) are hairy?

I think he means hobbits are hairy. Don't they have hair coming out the tops of their feet and everything?

Unless you're actually hairy, I got nothin'.

I also wanted to pass along KALEL114's sincerest appreciation! He informed me before the ceremony began that he would be out of town when the award winners were revealed.

On behalf of KALEL114, I graciously accept this award in his honor. He will definitely be pleasantly surprised upon his return.

Thanks Marx! I just got back from the desolate frozen plains of Kansas and I am very appreciative to receive this award. I would like to reiterate how thankful I am to those who nominated me and to those who voted for me.

Lastly, I would like to address the handling of the awards. Marx, you did a wonderful job on them. Your organizational skills shined through out and you made the process clear and concise. You made it very fun and I hope you strongly consider doing it again next year. :woot::up:

Thanks again everyone!!

I did not call Shemtov a Hairy Hebrew. And Manic is right. He is the smartest after all.

:doom: :doom: :doom:

Thank you! I appreciate that man.

Nah. Just showing some respect to a fellow poster who put in a lot of work. I'm sure the concept is hard for you to grasp.

I would like to thank Kal for not winning It Boy. You're the man, man... just not the IT man.

Haha. You earned it bro. Congrats on your two wins.

Congrats to everyone! This was my first year experiencing the SHH Awards and it was awesome :) Can't wait till next year's now!
