I had to take some work calls, I'm mad I missed the Bond tribute (I had it on mute), BUT PLEASE don't tell me Doja's non singing ass tried to touch anything Shirley Bassey did?

And Zoe won her Oscar. Oh.

The Bond tribute was only good in the beginning. Margaret Qualley had a fun number and the "Live and Let Die" cover was good but Doja was meh and Raye did a terrible cover of "Skyfall".

Okay, now if Emilia Perez can just not win any more awards for the rest of the night...

Seeing Zoe Saldana and Dave Bautista next to each other on stage (along with Willem Dafoe) reminds me of the old days on these boards during Oscar night where we'd be freaking out about Batman, Catwoman, Tony Stark, Black Widow, etc. all being in the same room.

These days it's harder to find someone at these awards who hasn't been in a CBM so we stopped counting.

If I’m being completely honest, they need to drop the In Memoriam altogether, because it’s literally this every single year.

Either do everyone in the industry or don’t do it at all. And they’re never going to have enough time/desire to cover everyone.
