The Amazing Spider-Man The After Credits Scene and other nitpicks

How about having Norman Osborn to gather the different villains for Sinister Six and that's when Spider-Man will crossover to the Avengers movie? Spidey would ask the Avengers for help and boomz!

No. The beauty of the Sinister Six is that Spidey is cunning and powerful enough to take them out on his own.

S6 would be amazing. In act 1 they could beat Spidey withing an inch of his life and then when Spidey recovers he then uses his smarts to seperate them and then take them down one at a time.

Yeah. As much as I'd be interested in Spidey crossing over with Avengers at some point it should not be to take on Spidey's villains. The Sinister Six are his villains and Spidey's more than capable of taking them on. It would be a waste to use them on an Avengers film.

I feel like a good film featuring The Sinister Six would pretty much be almost action sequences the entire movie...

Not necessarily. Spidey can dispatch them all pretty quickly if they come at him one at a time. That said, I don't think the Sinister Six would be a good idea for a movie.

I think the Sinister Six would have to be built up over a couple of movies so you have a better chance to tell a more convincing story on why they all come together and are also able to flesh out the characters better. That way you don't have to worry about it being too much action, too little story or vice versa.

The Lizard isn't in the Sinister Six though, or at least the original take, right? So I don't really see that mid-credits scene being a hint for that.

Why are people worried about the bloody hand print?

It's like when people thought there was something to that long shot of the prisoner getting his picture taken in Iron Man 2.

The mystery man in the cell is obviously the Green Goblin. It makes everything Rhys said about it not being Osborn, the fact that he works for Osborn and that we are familiar with him, hold true.

Norman was so sick that the Doctor immediately wanted Connors to start testing the serum on humans. It's GG.

Yea, Osborn goes Green Goblin before the movie ends fo' sho'.

The Lizard was out for I'm guessing three days, Norman was near death at the time.

True enough.. I might be wrong but didn't spidey get help from the Fantastic Four a couple of times when he had trouble dealing with multiple villains?

So a cross-species serum made him Green Goblin? How would that work?

Throughout the entire movie they kept saying Norman was close to dying, and there wasn't a lot of time left for him. I don't think he would be walking around like the man in the shadows. Someone has to be working for him, doing his dirty work. Rhys made it sound like that there was more to the man; "how he gets in there and how he leaves, we don't know. Maybe we will find out."

Hinting at something that this character has the ability to do possibly??

Like what the others have said.. I like the possible idea of him already taken some sort of goblin serum and that's why he could be present in Connor's cell as he's "healthy" again.

Besides that, dying man doesn't mean that he's immobile?

I found it strange that Uncle Ben said that Peter looked just like his father then when he snuck into Oscorp, or Connors house, I can't remember, Curt didn't recognize him, I mean if he looked just like his father then Curt should have shown some interest in him?

maybe he meant when he was younger?

umm have you never heard that phrase before? doesn't mean you look just like them literally... and also doesn't mean someone who hasn't seen you since you were 5 (or younger) would instantly recognize you either..

well, we saw him and his father...

do they look just like each other

would you look at him an automatically know their related?

Personally, I feel we may have gotten a small glimpse as to how Chameleon would be done. I disagree slightly about Chameleon being done as a "mastermind" in these films. I think he should be a "industrial master ops agent/weapon specialist/assassin....to give him some depth and threat value.

I like your version of the Chameleon. It’s great. I was thinking they would go for an updated more grounded version. I can see why they would use your version and fits well with credits scene. “Did you tell the boy the truth about his father?” I mean you don’t send someone like Dr. Ratha to handle this..

We're not taking about actual real world science here, so anything goes. He could have slighlty altered the formula, so that he doesn't turn into the Lizard like Connors, and that alteration is enough to heal him without any dis-figuring side-effects, but drives him insane.
