Miller’s farm is not among the state’s 25 licensed cultivators that are allowed to grow more than six plants and sell to wholesalers, Rolling Stone confirmed with Vermont’s Cannabis Control Board.

They should be able to get Ezra based on this alone. "Rebel Alliance Cannabis" made me laugh though.

But it's also possible that Ezra intentionally preys on abuse victims like that woman. I don't even know anymore. This whole thing is just completely bonkers.

This thing has a life of its own now. Every story that comes out will be shaped to fit the narrative that he is some kind of abuser. There is zero chance they can market this movie with him as the lead.

It seems that the strategy of playing coy while hoping the controversy will disappear isn’t working. I feel that the controversy will only escalate as time passes and we get closer to release as each new report on Miller’s actions seems arguably worse than the previous one. This thing isn’t going away and unless it is a giant misunderstanding that could be unequivocally cleared up in the coming months we are past the point where WB can release the movie with their lead actor and get away with it.

Now the problem is, this movie is not just a standalone feature but is pivotal to the future of the DCEU and a crucial piece in WB’s plan moving forward. The new management could scrap those plans, and the movie along with it, but it comes with a whole new set of problems for future projects (mainly this movie is required to explain the new status quo in Batgirl and subsequent movies) and maybe more importantly it leaves them with a 200M write off they will have to justify in front of their shareholders. This is not an enviable position.

I get the idea of staying quiet and hoping the subject has the common sense to lay low for a little while, but eventually that becomes foolish. It is like hoping Donald Trump goes six months without saying something bad. At some point it just isn’t realistic and you need to come to terms with that it is never going to happen.

This isn’t a couple of incidents. There is something with Miller seemingly every few days. That’s even without getting into the crimes themselves.

Grooming doesn't always equate to sex. Public opinion has already been amplified simply because they aren't straight and there is a war on trying to label non-straights as sexual groomers. No one had accused them of having a sexual relationship.

Wow, I stayed off this forum for a few days, and already another bad news article hit about Miller. His housing situation sounds very suspicious and pretty terrible. Especially about the video footage. Ezra obviously needs some serious help. No way this movie should be released in theaters. I say either throw it in the vault or just reshoot it. Not even sure just tossing it on HBO Max as is will be okay.

WB being completely silent... I really hope they are just gathering as much information and facts on the matter and that's why it is taking so long.
