probably Doc Ock. If they are going somewhere to Sinister Six in 4th movie this is right choice then, second reason is it can't be Dr. Connors because he is imprisoned. I also think Dr. Connors will never experiment on himself again or another person after ending in ASM. Third reason is i dont think we will see Morbius ever in this trilogy. We have to many vampire movies and series today, nobody gonna watch Spiderman with sparky twilight guy and it's better to stay away completly from vampire theme in Spider-man movies. We dont have that much brilliant important scientist in comics who are called just Doc. We never heard someone calling Connors a Doc. Also Oscorp is involved and Webb is fan of TSSM so it's probably Dock Ock.

Not every character in the film has to be a big name from the comics. Besides I think we'd have heard some casting rumours if they were going to start casting people like Doc Ock.

maybe, but you need to know they are not doing Doc Ock villain...Doc Ock had story before he become what he become. They are not doing clasic movie where they immediatly introduce character who need to become villain and that is it. That is called stand-alone movie. They are doing connected movies, where Oscorp will be showed many times, as many side characters will step later in game and they role will be bigger for sake of main story. Same was planned for MJ, same is planned for Norman Osbourne, same is planned for Daily Bugle and many other characters.
