I did a legitimate double take when I saw the suit then screamed like a fangirl. Honestly, this suit is perfect.
Everyone keeps complaining that the suit looks like Raimi's, but here's the deal. Raimi's suit looks just like Spider-Man. Therefore, any suit that looks like Spider-Man will more then likely look like Raimi's. It's just going to happen, because Raimi's suit was pretty much an exact adaption of the classic suit. I don't see why this is a bad thing, I mean it's freaking Spider-Man, it looks just like him.

I can get behind the whole stepping back argument, but at the end of the day we want Spider-Man to look like Spider-Man and this suit captures that essence perfectly, far better then the original TASM suit did, in my opinion (I still loved that suit, but come on this is just a perfect adaption).

If I had a nickel for every time a romantic triangle was placed within a Spider-Man film, I'd have almost enough money to help Marvel Studios buy back the rights for the character from Sony.
