Always wanted a winter spidey. If GG appears in this film August should be a good pick.

ilegit think that electro does indeed visit peters house because of that scene a while back when peters house was glowing extremely bright. you never know. i hope he does but doubt that max will know that he is peter until the end considering that max may know gwen but not peter so i really like that the villian knows the hero but not the actual person

I hope Aunt May is praying when he comes and he blows the side of the house off.

im starting to think that electro thinks gwen has a connection to spidey and he goes after her

I could see Max asking Gwen if she knows anything about Spider-Man a few times, maybe because she says something relatively innocuous that reveals even the slightest connection with him. Max asks her about her experiences, in comparison to his, and she just says that it was similar, just to give a simple answer. For example:

"Did he talk to you like you were special? Make you feel important?"
"Oh, yes. He definitely does that."
"Does that? So you still talk to him?"
"Well, occasionally. It's not like we have a relationship or anything."
"No relationship? And you still see him? I'm supposed to be his eyes and ears. I'm important, he said. But I haven't seen him in months. And he talks to you without a connection like the one that I have with him?"
"It's nothing, Max. I just happen to run into him sometimes."

And so Max starts to think that Spider-Man might lead people on and say things that he doesn't mean. Empty, meaningless compliments. And no one needs that.

That sounds like something we could see!

That was sick in Sm1. Defiantly one of the reasons I think Sm1 is the best Spider-man movie long with TASM

SM1 may be the more enjoyable film but SM2 is better IMO.
I think Spider-man 2 is really good and its a better movie script wise, but I personally like Sm1 better. Spider-man 2 9.5, Spider-man 1 7.5 Although I rate Sm2 better, I just have so much nostalgia for Sm1

Ock is the only great/good villain in the franchise so far IMO.

I loved Alfred Molina's portrayal, and the fights were amazing, but I'm just a big fan of the Green Goblin although Raimi didn't fully utilize him. I just love how insane he is, but yet for me comical. Like the scene in Sm1 when he shows up at the Oscorp Festival and the cops tell him to put his hands up and he just like," I surrender." and then he takes them all out.

Ahh so true. I wouldn't say Goblin is my favorite villain, but he sure is slowly climbing to my top 3.

It's also part of why I'm for a reboot. To see things we've seen already in different takes and twists.

Same here, thats why I wanted a reboot so bad after Sm3. Personally my favorite villain is Mysterio although I do like Green Goblin quite a lot.

I used to not care for him much till I read The Night Gwen Stacy died and now I can't quit reading about him.

Dude wth same here! From the moment I heard about the reboot, I thought about that SM3 ending. And Mysterio is my fav villain as well! Well it's a battle between him and Electro.

Gah I know!

Damn...why did Spectacular Spiderman get canceled? That was an awesome show. One of my faves ever. USM isn't really that good.

Theres just so many things that could be done with him in a movie. His costume is fantastic btw. I've said this on another post, but Mysterio could be the one Norman hired to kill Peter's Parents and to make it look like a plane crash in TASM.

Well its because the animation rights went from Sony to Disney sadly. RIP Spectacular Spider-man:csad:

It was so amazing and relatable. It had a nice balance of fun and drama.

I don't watch cartoons but I really liked the 90's animated series.

I grew up watching the 90s cartoon, still my favourite spidey cartoon

Thats the same series that got me into Spider-man. I have so many memories of that show from my childhood. I never would of picked up a comic book without that show. The games are really good for it to, I owned them on ps1.

Yeah I thought it was really relatable especially for me with how his aunt was struggling with income, and social problems.
