The movie could just end with Spider-Man swinging in the distance as the screen fades out. Especially if the ending is sad (Gwen dying, New York destroyed, etc.), which is a semi-final swing I suppose.

Something in the lines of " people warned me that my actions had consecuenses and i didn't listen but also told me that if i have these gifts are not free , this is my responsability now and i can't let this city down again"

So I was watching the USM cartoon (bear with me, I wanted to give it another shot. Didn't entirely enjoy it) and was watching him work his web shooters.

Since Mark Friedberg the production designer for TASM2 said that Spider-man can do more things with his web shooters this time, what do you guys think he can do exactly?

I really hope it's nothing cheesy.

I imagine he will be able to shoot "web balls," create web gloves, or have the ability to decide on how widespread the webbing is. I doubt it wouldn't be something we haven't seen before either in comics, video games, or any of the cartoons.

Sure. Anything we've seen from the comics is a safe guess. I just think the web shooters are a very cool and interesting aspect to showcase. And they were very lightly touched upon in TASM, and it sounds like they'll be touched on more in this one.

The "web balls" sounds like a safe bet considering Raimi used those. How about the "web goo" where it's just full on gunk that Spidey sometimes emits on enemie's faces?

Do you guys remember how it was rumored that TASM would start with an already established Spider-Man, and that it would show the origins by flashbacks? Well, with that rumor came another that said that the initial credits would be similar to Watchmen's, slow-mo Spidey fighting criminals.

I want something like that at the end credits. Comic book style credits, with Spidey doing signature poses fighting criminals.

So, it would be a mix between Iron Man 3 credits (kinda), Watchmen's and this (jump to 2:22):

Normally, if the credits are something different than just a black screen, it makes people to stay in their sit.

It happens with Avengers, it happens with Iron Man 1,2,3, Sherlock Holmes 1 & 2...
If you are still projecting images, most people will stay.
