My most anticipated movie is DOFP! Can't wait for that and Godzilla looks sick. Let's hope it doesn't end up like the 1998 movie.

Oh it won't dude. Gareth Edwards is a true fan of the original 1954 film and wants to make a true Godzilla film, not a blockbuster cash grab. DOFP looks really good tbh. I always wanted an X-Men film like that.

Thank you. I appreciate it. That's a great little article. I can't wait to see how awesome this thing rocks on Blu Ray. Sony always does such a good job with their transfers in both video and audio. The sound mix for ASM was amazing. Simply put, if you haven't watched ASM on BR utilizing a surround sound system, you are missing out.

But, in all seriousness, I don't see that. At all. Maybe insofar as it is armor on a comic book character, but beyond that I don't get it. It looks more like something a Predator might wear to me. I love it. Especially the "incomplete" aspect of it.

Edwards reminds me so much of Marc Webb. He's got that enthusiasm, a willingness to share his views and passion with fans, but he's going with HIS vision, not the vision of fans (which is very admirable for me). I've been waiting since Final Wars for a new Godzilla film. I'll finally get one and this time I get to see it on the big screen (and during the same month as Spidey! t.

there's one thing I wonder though, Boulevard Trask being played Peter Dinklage are they gonna address at all that he's a dwarf or are they gonna play it straight. I mean, it'd be cool if a dwarf could finally be added in a movie without half the focus centered on him being a dwarf

Trask was played by a black guy in X-3. We should be more worried if they're going to address why Trask is white in DOFP when he was black in X-3.

Part of the reason why I'm not too excited about DOFP is because the illusion has been broken long ago with these X-Men films. The continuity sucks, and I was hoping for First Class to be a reboot. Connecting that film with the original film is illogical in terms of continuity, because not everything can be repaired with time travel.

It makes sense financially. Fox really wants their big "Avengers-esque" film out already, so I guess they just went for it. But sooner or later, I demand an X-Men reboot starting from scratch!

I am currently reading "The Gathering of the Sinister Six," and I can safely say that the Gentleman is not someone you want to mess with. Heck, he is not someone you would even want to associate yourself with in any way. If he wants you killed, he can snap his fingers and make things happen, y'know? I really, REALLY hope that TMITS turns out to be him. Here are some things about the book that I feel could help inspire the writers for the S6 film:

Although Spider-Man does have a strong role in the novel, it heavily revolves around the formation of the Sinister Six. Mysterio wants to do his own thing, so recruiting him is the biggest challenge. The Gentleman has the Chamelion working for him, going around recruiting other potential members for the villainous group in order to take down Spider-Man. The Gentleman is responsible for killing Richard and Mary Parker, and now he holds a grudge against their son, Peter, and is fully aware that he is Spider-Man. He has been watching him for some time now.

The future sentinels look cool, but that's not enough to get me excited for the movie, y'know?
