Since it was a planned trilogy, Oscorp will probably be taken down by the third film. Perhaps entirely. Then the Sinister Six could form in the aftermath: Norman Osborn is gone for good, but now what's left is… THE GENTLEMAN!

I think Norman will be taken down in the third film. But I don't necessarily think Oscorp, or even Norman himself, will be gone for good. Still, I'm very excited to see where all this is headed. It's an exciting time to be a fan.

I don't know. Orci did say that the Osborns and Oscorp are a continual force in this franchise.

As long as they keep adapting/creating cool story arcs and introducing interesting villains, I'm happy.

You know what's funny? Now that the trailers came out, people accuse of The Amazing Spiderman of making the attractive guys the good guys and ugly ones the bad guys. They pretty much pretend it's a deeper philosophical meaning.... Or a reason to hate the movie, even though there's a billion movies like that. Thankfully, there's only a very small few.

I've recently watched a vid from thecomicbookcast and I used to really like them all the way until today when they said that it was goin to be an ironman2 and it almost seemed like they were making fun of it and struck my last never with them, its a youtube channel

Same. I think that's what it comes down to ultimately. Derived from the source material or not (although it's an awesome plus if it's indirectly taken from material)
