Haha! With Black Cat and Spidey, it's always a flirting, cat and mouse affair. :woot:

He should just web her, rip her clothes off and get it over with, hell make it a mini game like God of War, and web splats the screen to let you know that Spidey has done his deed :awesome:

Why did that remind me of the James Cameron Spider-Man script?

Because the end of that particular movie had Spider-Man and MJ have sex on the top of a skyscraper.

Lol. That would of been an, interesting, take on the character

HELL NO
I respect clothes, don't like them being ripped, especially not for sex :cmad:

The fighting system.

For some reason I thought it was more combo-based. Guess that wouldn't really make sense, since open world games in the GTA-vein don't ever leave more than one face button/shoulder button for melee combat. Not like I've ever played any GTA-style games besides GTA.:woot: I really need to try out Saints Row and Just Cause this decade.

Is it bad that I loved the Black Cat in Spider-Man 2, where she looked like Pamela A was playing her in a porno?:oldrazz:

Have you skimmed the script, or seen a summary of it? I haven't, but I did know about the sex scene. Didn't know it happened at the end on a skyscraper like you did though.

I saw a summary of the version that was going to be made. It featured Sandman and Electro as the villains which is why the 90s animated show never used them. (They only used Electro at the very end because the script was canned in time for them to add him, but not sandman) I also believe Spider-Man killed them both and used the F word numerous times.

It wasn't a skyscraper, it was on a bridge and it didn't happen at the end of the movie, it happened around the middle. Spidey webs MJ down while explaining that the male spider of some species would restrain the females limbs with web, but that she could escape if she wanted to. She didn't even know his identity at this time. He did drop the f-bomb and kill the villains. There was also a scene where he spies on MJ getting dressed.

It was a bridge, okay. I was stuck between building or bridge when typing that. Thanks for clearing that up. I had no idea it was halfway through the movie though. Sounds more like an end of the movie sorta thing.

Doesnt matter where it is, its incredibly stupid and the really overrrated James Cameron needs to stay as far away from Spider-man as possible

I support this statement

This coming week I hope we get both the Web Rush trailer and the updates on the preorder bonuses.

WTH, Spider-Man dropping the F-bomb......interesting

I truly believe that James Cameron has discovered some sort of "omni-drug" that made all that stuff in his version of Spider-Man seem great, thank God that film never saw the light of day

He cussed a lot the past decade, text was censored

I'm sure he probably did, but from the sound of it, that would have instantly thrown that film into R rating territory, somewhere where I don't think Spidey should be swinging

There's the XXX rated one x__x
Wish it never happened :cmad:

Oddly that's how I feel about pretty much every movie Cameron makes.

Outside of Aliens and T2.

The control scheme. Some things to mention:

-The auto-lock ability from SD and EoT is now replaced by the camera.
-Pressing in the left stick while on a wall causes Spider-Man to face forward, pushing his back to the wall.
-The counter button in the Arkham games is replaced with a dodge function.
-You can do both web shots and web grabs. (For the first time since Spider-Man 3)

sweet find bro, a little bit bummed that there isn't really a "counter" button but oh well, I'm pretty sure they've incorporated it in some form or another.

NO idea why, but thats like my fav thing thats been mentioned about this game.

If it's what I'm picturing, by having him cling to a wall with his back facing it, it may give him the ability to survey the area to find out what all threats are at ground level.

I wonder why there's a button solely for Peter's cellphone. I guess it could be the full map and it most likely is but if that's the case, it's odd why it's just not called "Map".

Overall, the controls seem pretty good. I remember dome people saying earlier that Spidey's more of a dodger than a counter attacker like Batman and it seems like Beenox agrees.
