According to Uniwatchblog.com the Orioles are going to wear a throwback in August. Orange uni. And when I say orange, I mean orange jersey and orange pants.

It will be based off this uni.

Tired of seeing teams "throwback" to a derivative of something they've been wearing for a few years now. I'd really like to see them bring back the black, gold, and orange uni's from the Pavel Bure days.

Some minor developments from last nights MLB all-star game.. Bunch of guys wearing the new Rawlings Batting helmet. Commonly known as the "Gazoo" Helmet.

Skanees will be wearing two memorial patches in honor of long time PA Announcer Bob Sheppard and Satan's favorite son, George Steinbrenner.

The Sheppard Patch will be worn on the left sleeve.

The Steinbrenner patch will be worn above the interlocking NY on the left breast of the Yankees’ home jerseys and above the letters “YORK” on the left breast of the Yankees’ road uniforms. Both locations are over the heart.

Other than that it was stuff like players wearing different colored cleats, ie: Ichiro and Hanley Ramirez wearing Silver (Ramirez had teal accents Mr. Knight), A-Rod looking *****e in White cleats along with several others and David Wright looking even more *****e in Orange cleats.
