Vin Diesel once again talks about playing a second character who doesn't use his voice. I like how the website has no idea who that could be. In previous interviews, when asked about his favorite Marvel characters, he alternates between saying Groot and Black Bolt.

Sadly my photo shop skills are nonexistent but if some one out there would take a head shot of Vin and lay a Black Bolt cowl over him it would be instantly clear why he's totally wrong for the part...

I don't see Inhumans as greek tragegy, I see marvel doing something similar to X-men movies, I almost see them as a replacement to Cap movies (as he will probably die in phase 3) as more of a spy thriller with the inhumans running from the government (i.e. see Agents of shield)

Wasn't he lobbying for the Vision role? The guy is social media savvy as heck and knows how to get his fans excited. I won't believe anything that isn't announced by MS proper.

Agreed, I like Vin, but he is just all wrong for BB. Still hope my suggestion Patrick Wilson gets the role.

I'm not finding anything from Diesel. I saw speculation before he was announced as Groot guessing he was either Vision or Thanos. I saw a fan ask him if he's Vision and he said he can't talk about it. This is far different from interviews where he answers unrelated questions with "Black Bolt Black Bolt Black Bolt."

On a side note, here's Diesel demonstrating his Black Bolt. Obviously, it's not a clue. He was asked the question and answered it, so I wouldn't read into that (although I strongly suspect he suggested they ask the question ).

Caught the GOTG toon today, the INHUMANS episode. Was thinking about how the casting of Bolt AND Medusa is going to be insanely key. They are kind of a package deal when you think of it and not only does the actor playing Bolt have to do so much without the aide of their voice most of the time, but the actress playing Medusa must also give a hell of a performance not only for her character but also as the "voice" of Black Bolt. I'm not even sure where to start in trying to crack that nut.

Well isn't Vin already a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe playing Groot in the GOTG franchise? If that is the case then can he be really playing 2 characters in the same universe at the same time? I think not which is why I would go with Joe Manganiello as Black Bolt

Sure he can. One is just his voice and the other doesn't use his voice. There's no overlap.
