I don't really see Vin Diesel as Black Bolt, I mean its even about his acting, but also the bone structure of his face and his eyes are a bit lazy eyes. And they need to hire someone that could really express emotions just through the eyes/stare especially Black Bolt can't talk or else, his surrounding will be destroyed. Tom Hardy could be a great choice for Black Bolt, though he's a bit short in height.

I share the same opinion about Diesel. About Hardy, that would be a choice I'd be very happy about for my favorite character!

Same here. For Blackbolt, as he can't speak, you need someone who can emote with just their face. Vin isn't that person.

That's what I said all along. People equated his deep voice with having the voice to do Bolt where, hello, he'll rarely use it and when he does it will have to be modulated to the max to make it sound like it would destroy structures anyway.

Agreed. Blackbolt is the role that demands a high quality actor because so much of the performance is emoting without dialogue. You need an actor that can tell you what they are thinking or feeling with a look or just body language.

Vin Diesel is almost 50. I think Marvel might want slightly younger actors for the royal family.

Marvel might go in the direction of the current royal generation coming to power and challenging the established order of Inhuman society for the first season like they did in the comics.

That's one good thing about this now being a tv show...Diesel is out of the running (not that he was necessarily ever officially in the running). Can't see him committing to a tv schedule.
