I'm fine with Baron Von Strucker having 10-15 minutes of screen time in AOU because it's not his story, but I hope we see him again in other films because Thomas Kretschmann is great casting and I really liked his look in The Winter Soldier mid-credit scene. So I hope it's not just 10 mins of screen time and then that's it, we don't see him in the MCU again.

I'm a little confused... was Red Skull the original WW2 HYDRA leader and Von Strucker is now the modern day HYDRA leader or is Von Strucker just the leader of a certain faction of HYDRA because Alexander Pierce was like the public face of SHIELD/HYDRA in a way, but it didn't seem like he was the overall leader.

I think that's what will happen. Von Strucker will likely get his big sequence near the beginning and possibly not be seen again in the film. But then he'll be likely to show up in future MCU films. I liked the look and presence of the character in the mid-credit scene too.

Can they not get them together for a photoshoot, instead of photoshop. Also more proof that they are not hiding the twins as heroes. So that isn't why they aren't in the merchandising so far.

Well he is the one who creates Ultron, so it makes sense. And technically Cap and Thor are right next to him, at almost the same angle/distance.

i like the positioning
from humans (widow and hawkeye) to captain (superhuman) to iron man/hulk (humans who can turn on their superpowers) to superpowered beings (thor/quicksilver/wanda)

It seems to me that there is no "head" of HYDRA anymore. They're more like a bunch of splinter cells that more or less operate independently and are loosely connected by a similar ideology:

-Strucker leads one faction.
-Pierce led another.
-John Garrett and Daniel Whitehall led two more over on AOS.
-Etc.

And there goals all seemed to be different to. Pierce was more concerned with the political/social "order" of the world. Garrett just wanted to save his own ass and was only working with HYDRA because he thought that they'd come out on top and wanted to be part of the "winning team." And Whitehall/Strucker seem more concerned with "evolution" and making humanity "stronger." And Strucker was perfectly willing to sell out other HYDRA groups at the end of TWS in order to keep his own operation hidden. So no, HYDRA doesn't seem to be a completely unified group.

Looks good.. where's Vision?
We haven't had anything with all 9 Avengers yet. Sometimes the twins, sometimes Vision, never all 3.

So, I've been wondering, what exactly is the difference between the Avengers taking on large hordes of Ultron Drones and Chitauri Soldiers?lol I mean I feel like that's the one hard that they're trying to really play up in this film, where the group will be overwhelmed by a lot of Ultron's Drones but didn't we see the same thing in happen in the previous film?

There insistence on photo-shopping Scarlett Johansson is mind-boggling to me. They also did it on TWS posters. She widely considered to be one of the most attractive women on the planet. So them thinking that they need to use photo-shop to make her "sexier" is actually kind of pathetic imo.

I understand your concerns, but unlike Loki, Ultron is much more intelligent and the ultron bots are too, its also more interesting because unlike other villians we've seen before, Ultron and his army was created by the heroes (Tony and Bruce) so its there creation. Understand? sorry if i wasnt clear feel free to ask more questions haha.

Also Hulk looks like one of Whedons vampires from Buffy

hahahahaha, I think they've given him a more creepy look to associate with the fact that maybe he might be much more evil and uncontrolable in this movie if you get what I mean.
