Do you guys know if the first part of the d23/cc trailer ever leaked? The part that showed footage from all the mcu films throughout the years? I would really like to see that, its probably pretty emotional

Maybe and this would probably never happen they can attach that to the new trailer. It would be a long sit for a trailer but it would drive it home for the more casual mcu fans that this is an event 10 years in the making.

Haha because although I consider WW to be a 9.5 movie, it's not as close to my heart as those movies in my top 5 CBMs.

I only have a couple recent worries...One has risen post JL doing badly @ the BO this weekend....and that is Budget. 2nd critical reception of an over 2 hr 20 minute comic book movie with 70 characters. With a CGI purple guy.

Idk man, I really am not worried. The long-time MCU fans like us will be clamouring for the culmination of 10 years of films, while the GA, who loved TWS and CW, will be attracted to another round of Avengers. I trust the Russos and I have no worries about the BO. It will be a monster at the BO. JL was just a product of.....a lot of factors hindering it (let's not go into it, this is the IW thread after all )

I thought that recap was from the very first Infinity War teaser, not this newest CC one? The one where it ends with Thanos having the glove and smiling.

I'm so excited for this but at the same time I'm terrified. There's going to be SO much going on, I hope they've got the plot on lock and that it's not a mess. I have faith, but after JL's reception you can't help but freak a little about how this will go.

Lol no way Feige will allow what happened to JL to happen to IW. MCU's quality control is top-notch. Don't worry.

Damn I read them. I've been wrestling with whether I should read all spoilers or go in spoiler-free. I went it having read all spoilers for Thor and SM:HC.

One of my favorite things about Spiderman 2 was that recap in the opening credits. This is the kind of movie that would surely benefit on of those lol.

Just the end of it with the lines from AOU before the CC trailer started gave me goosebumps that must have been a hell of a ride.

I think this is going to be very similar to the Harry Potter finale as well. The Voldemort/Horcrux dynamic being similar to that of Thanos and the stones, as well as it being a 2 parter. Except this will have way more main characters, and will likely (and hopefully) be longer.

I feel like it will end similarly, regarding what happens to Dobby.

But I do hope it doesn't feel too much like Deathly Hallows 1, as in the first half of a complete story.

That's the legit thing I think most reviews will say regarding both avengers 3 and 4 that nt enough characters got screen time or it feels too bloated. In the 4th one theres gonna be a scene with every costume hero at once

And it might be a stickling point with critics, that they're just trying to set up the REAL movie. But I think they've avoided this criticism by removing Part I& Part II from the titles. Now people won't be viewing A3 as just a set up for A4.

Yeah. It also helps that they're going to be separated into various groups for most of the move most likely, similar to how LotR 2 and 3 were after they added more characters.

Now I kind of just want to watch those movies to reassure my faith that it is possible. Just need a beefy runtime. I hope to the gods that Disney gives us at least 2 and a half hours with each. Pirates 2 was that long and Pirates 3 was 2 hours and 50 minutes. Each made about a billion dollars. Also a back to back two parter (Disney's only one, I think?). I hope they remember that and they realize how much more popular of an IP this is than that.

These things can sometimes be symbiotic, but I have faith they'll deliver! Just look at how smooth everything has gone on the sets not a peep of drama compared to JL
