Yeah. For now, I'm in the camp that the "leaker" is just adding fake details to the more legit LEGO leaks, which has just leaked a couple hours earlier.

Thought I was the only one. The "leaking" of it on the same day as the LEGO sets is all too convenient, and the plot pretty much follows the order of the LEGO sets-description list with more meat added. And even then the only story beats touched on are those described [in the sets] mixed with the D23 footage.

I'm very skeptical of that "leak" since it sounds like one of those things people can spin up based on the previous trailer clips and what we know from set photos and stuff, as well as plot points people already speculated for a while (like the big death at the end).

Anyway, a Russian site supposedly has the descriptions of the Lego sets, which if true have some spoilers:

So among other things it looks like Shuri tries to remove the Mind Stone from Vision's head and Thor has Jarnbjorn.

Feige and/or the Russos have constantly been saying that IW will be "emotional". I truly think we will see a number of characters die in IW, but not from the main cast, but rather the side/recurring characters, e.g. Betty Ross, Hawkeye's family, etc. Loki is a possibility.

I how much global destruction there's going to be, given the way Thanos has been built up. Earth, after both movies, should never, ever be the same again.

I do agree that Hulk, Thor & Captain Marvel should be instrumental in taking down Thanos in the second movie. Captain Marvel is going to be the most powerful hero ever introduced in the MCU according to Fiege. She will play a huge role in taking down Thanos, no doubt about that.

While the Russos have said Thanos' screen time will make him "almost" one of the leads, it would actually be fascinating and impressively bold if they made him the main character for BOTH movies. That's not going to happen, but the fact that he has enough screen time to even be compared to a lead is very, very interesting.

see at least one aftermath scene. Thanos is a step ahead of them, say, in Xander. And when they arrive, it’s already all reduced to rubbles and despair people and they and the audience all see and feel the impact. The last time the universe visited Xander was like when Starload had a dance off some years ago? A lot could have happened without even the Guardians knowing.

However the leak seems to point to just bang bang kill kill.

We had this before where that supposed mysterious leaker claimed to have an in depth description of the first trailer and it turned out it was him just connecting dots based on set photos that had been previously released.

Speaking of, The Ascended One is claiming he will post footage from the movie soon.

If the film is showing scenes from all over the universe then individual Avengers, even the leads, probably won't get all that much time each as the scenes will be disjointed jumping around from place to place. In that case I wouldn't be surprised to see Thanos up near the top being the main bad guy against such a large number of heroes.

the fact he said Thanos steals the Soul stone from them...whom never had it; yet alone, been revealed yet. Some of you know my theory that the Soul stone won't be revealed til CM film in 2019 & one of two(the other being the Time stone)that Thanos won't get his hand on by the end of A:IW.

Loki would be the only one I care about but we have seen him "Die" twice so some won't believe it is true if he does. Betty hasn't even been brought up in the movies so don't think many would care I wouldn't same with Hawkeyes family they were in AoU for a bit not enough for me to connect.

Is the initial leaker who had the plot synopsis even reputable? Is there any reason at all to assume this is legit? Because I don't mean this to be a jerk, but we've had this happen before. It's Reddit. You can literally write anything there without having to back it up.

Remember the fake Civil War script treatment that surfaced on social media that had Crossbones shoot Hawkeye's family and Spider-Man as a main character?

Like Best said, it sounds more like someone found the news about the Lego sets and tried to loosely construct a plot based around that.

I can't believe that some people still automatically believe so called 'leaks' on reddit. Come on, guys. This happens before every damn MCU film, some random person posts so called leaks on reddit (or 4chan), some people eat it all up and believe every word and it eventually turns out to be ********. Every. Damn. Time.

As others have already said, this person obviously just took the info from the leaks about the lego sets and padded it out. And be wary about believing everything from the lego sets too, countless times the lego sets have included stuff (and even characters) that don't end up in the final film.

It hasn't been officially confirmed, so it's definitely possible, but if we don't get some kind of announcement by tomorrow or Tuesday than it's probably not coming. I still have no idea what other big trailers are suppose to dropping since Deadpool 2's teaser came out Wednesday and Incredible's 2 came out yesterday. It's also rumored that the first trailer JW2 isn't dropping until the 1st which is when I thought IW was premiering, but there is no way both trailers are coming out the same day.

Never expect Ant-Man to be in it much if at all. After Cap broke him out I'd expect him to go back to where his daughter is and stay there. Even when Thanos and the order come around he wouldn't just drop everything. We also still don't know when his movie takes place. It can be before IWs or during, I don't see it being after though. If it takes place before IWs then obviously something happen to him in his battle or after. If it is during then it makes sense he couldn't just stop and go.

He hasn't been seen on any of the promo material so far, so it's likely that he doesn't show up until A4. I'm pretty sure the CC poster and that leaked sheet with Wong, Shuri and Okoye confirm all the main heroes that are going to be in IW. Of course there will be other small cameos as well.

Yeah, I think while Ant-Man, Wasp, Captain Marvel, and Nick Fury will sit IW out (since they have their own movies in between anyways), they'll definitely be in the finale. More reason to think they might axe 1 or 2 characters in the first half, to make more room.
