I just hope Thanos isn't killed off in part 1, and has a huge role in Infinity Gauntlet

;)
Really can't see him being hyped for years just to be killed in one movie. Even if Brolin gave the performance of a life time in one movie it would be upsetting.

Same. I still believe part 2 is Infinity Gauntlet lolol

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!

It would be a pretty disappointing if Thanos only lasted one movie. There has obviously been so much build-up to him. Only he-who-shall-not-be-named comes close to such build-up.

Brolin is an underrated actor. I think he'll turn in very memorable performances as Thanos and Cable.

I have been amazed by the number of views several recent trailers have gotten. 100+ million views is insane. The first IW trailer is seriously going to break the internet.

I think you'll get your wish! (and mine lol) If you go by Brolin's interview
he says that he doesn't get all the stones in IW. The interviewer asked him how he gets the 6th stone and he says something along the lines of,
I don't know, haven't seen the 2nd script yet. so I ultimately don't know, he has a few of them tho.

Obviously that isn't verbatim, but you get the idea lol.

We know whether Thanos will be in the next movie as Brolin spoiled it.

When he was asked if Thanos gets all the Infinity Stones he said he honestly don't know because he hasn't read the script for the second movie.

Edit: Too late. Where's the Time Stone when I need it?

Well he's either being honest or he could be playing coy as not to give away what happens in the movie.

Marvel would be beyond foolish to kill him off or not utilize him in some capacity for A4. Maybe it'll be similar to the comics and another threat will emerge in the second film and he'll need to unite with the heroes to take them down.

The only reason I think he was telling the truth is because he pretty much almost immediately changed the subject & went into how great the writers are & how great it is working with them etc. all while having that oh crap stare.

But that was my take. I noticed the same thing with Ruffalo & Cheddle. Not the obvious "slip up" but when he gets into talking about Thor & Hulk adventures.

Ruffalo was saying it doesn't end well for the heroes, about Ragnarok.

Remember that old rumor about a 10 minute post credit scene that involves Thanos beating up Thor and infiltrating Asgard? Maybe there is truth to that.

I actually agree, and I think the reason they consider that title a spoiler is for the same thing brolin mentioned, he doesn't get all the gems in the first film.

My mouth just watered...:hmr:

Was he speaking about Ragnarok? I thought he was referring to IWs.

what's the hierarchy or the order of battle for the Avengers? Cap leads them but is BW his 2nd in command? I just wonder if we might have seen more of this in Age of Ultron or CW. Maybe a line of dialogue discussing it since we have a few with superpowers and others who are fully capable sans powers. Yet all are equal within the team.

I was referring to him saying that Hulk & Thor go together to try to save Asgard towards the end of the movie.

Still love that iconic line of Thanos "Fine I'll do it myself" with a demonic smile that only Thanos can pull off and the fact that he will have all of these heroes coming at him trying to defeat him in battle I personally can't wait

If we get more posters I hope its 2 more with one having Cap in front and the other having Thor. Needs to be Marvel's Trinity rather than Cap and Iron Man leading the show.

Plus the one interaction that I really want to see besides Star Lord and Iron Man is Drax and Banner especially in his Hulk form

Interesting tidbit for Homecoming, but we almost got War Machine and Vision cameoing alongside Iron Man in a scene.

So it looks like the three of them have still been Avenging together after Civil War.

whose contract is up at the end of Infinity War? whose death would be the biggest shock?

I'm pretty sure the movie will end on a cliffhanger. And simply killing off Hawkeye won't have folks clawing their eyes out waiting for May 2019

Man the only thing I hate about that roster is... well... They're all Stark creations. There's no independence there, so to speak, which is kinda the novelty of Avengers members.
