Weirdly enough...I was sitting 2 seats to the right from SeanXLong. I used to watch his reviews on Youtube, happened to recognize him, and then I got a surprising feeling in my stomach. It was cool to see some Youtube people there...shows how big this event was.

Spiderman had his day(Sandeigo) Avengers has just had their time in the sun(not sure why they didn't wait for NYCC to really come out blazing). I have a feeling Bat's will show it's hand come winter time(with it's winter footage.) Nolan has a way of avoiding cons.

All I know is that next year is going to make this year look like the joke it was.

The Banner character I think will end up being the most complex in the film. As of now, based on that scene with Widow, he has me the most intrigued. I mainly wanna see Thor & Hawkeye kick ass but I'm just as excited to see the Hulk's arc in the film.

I'm just hoping for more hulk and less banner in the avengers. We get enough banner in solo hulk movies. I know they want to showcase ruffalo to solidify him as the new banner but that can be done in another solo hulk film.

Don't know if "complex" is the word, but yes I do think it will be very interesting to watch, just because he is not a completely rational hero, and he isn't on his own, he is part of a team. So I think it will be interesting to see how everyone around him will try to make him 'aim' the rage, or whatever. Don't know exactly how to put into words. He's not alone against someone, which is how we saw him in both movies.

The tragedy that is Bruce Banner is too interesting to reduce in favor of more Hulk. You need an even amount of both. TIH did that very well. You felt for Norton & when he turned you felt for him even more. The scene in the College Campus was more about Betty finally understanding the gravity of their situation than Hulk's clash with the Army. The scene in the cave was perfect & a great conclusion to the prior scene. She sees what he really is both under fire & away from it. She's the first person to realize that the beast is not a beast at all. She sees Banner underneath the green. TIH really sold me on the concept of Bruce finally accepting the monster within. The series & Lee's film were about Banner rejecting Hulk & deeming it a curse. TIH embraced the Hulk. I'm hoping this version of the character isn't a reboot of the state of mind Norton's Hulk achieved in the closing statement of that film. I wanna see a Banner that understands its irresponsible to rid himself of the curse.

The Avengers should stay the same in the sequel. I don't want them to add any new Avengers. It's perfect the way it is.

Hell no! They need to either add others in the sequel or replace some of the ones already in this film. Ant-Man, Wasp, Black Panther Etc all deserve their due in the Avengers Line-up on screen IMO.

All Banner wants is to get rid of the Hulk, all hes wanted was a normal life again, I think he realizes that keeping the Hulk and not being able to control him is too dangerous

I dont mind if they add characters, even if it means a 3+ hour movie, if its good, its good. But what I want is not to lose any current characters, the original avengers.

Also, I did a bit of reading on Wikipedia. Apparently, in 2009, they hired people to write not just Black Panther, Iron Fist, and Doc Strange: They also have writers hired to do Nighthawk and Vision films.

Also, Cable, which I guess they own somehow.

This is interesting, since even though the figure is covered by in smoke, I'm going to make an assumption and say that the figure isn't entirely wearing a motion capture suit like the ones we saw Captain America and Thor fighting on the streets.

Could it be that Loki's army is comprised of different species as well?

One concern I have over a potential "Avengers 2" is over-crowding. This film has 6 leads that I doubt plan on retiring after "defeating" Loki. If a second global threat were to present itself down the line, these 6 characters would be likely to return to the team. Now there's talk of Doc Strange, various Ant-Men, Wasp & Black Panther. So what's that? 10 leads? You'd need a 4-hour movie to juggle exposition for all of them and avoid another Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. Personally, I'm hoping after IM3, Tony/RDJ steps down - opening one slot for a new Avenger. Perhaps Banner will walk away after this film too. These guys have had enough exposure already anyway, so I'd rather see Black Panther & Doc Strange movies instead of Iron Man 4 & Hulk 2. Widow & Hawkeye will probably never get their own films so I'd like to see them exclusive to Avengers films. Same with Fury. As far as the team aspect goes for Avengers 2, this is what I'd go with: Cap, Thor, Doc Strange, Hank Pym, Wasp, Black Panther, Widow & Hawkeye.

They can either A. Rotate the roster, or B. Give some of the lesser Avengers less screen time. I'd be cool with either as long as it is done well. I'd be cool with less Black Widow for Wasp or Ms. Marvel. You can rotate too and it would be cool, they did that all the time in the cartoon and the comics. All you really truly need are the big four and even they can have a lesser role from time to time.
