But none of the red??
More likely that the FX aren't finished there.
I remember RIM saying that. And it's fine by me.
An Avengers movie where Iron Man, Captain America and Thor are the three leads is not an Avengers movie we should be complaining about
But picture 2 and 3 are the same scene. Why would he wear two different suits in one scene?T"Challa;22627731 said:i just think its a different suit..there's really no hint of gold on the faceplate. Battle couldnt have scratched the gold completely off
Hope so. Lke giant carrier shipsSo far, we've seen Loki's army having:
1. Advanced Weaponry
2. Foot Soldiers
3. Aerial Vehicles
4. Large Monsters/Creatures
I wonder if we'll see his army also having large Spaceships as well (the kind that you'd imagine seeing in Star Wars or Star Trek).
Believe it or not, I've heard those types of coments a lot.
I just tell them to wait 'till they see the movie.
Or just compare Thor to Superman in terms of power. ('cause I figure that's the best and SIMPLEST comparison to a non comics aficionado)
Then I get the "Oh..."
t:But picture 2 and 3 are the same scene. Why would he wear two different suits in one scene?
I don't see why people would have a problem with Thor being the one the finally defeat Loki and close his portal, the guy is going to get less screen time than Iron Man and Cap plus Loki is HIS brother after all.
He has to do something important to make up for him showing up 30-40 minutes into the film, I don't think that would make the film seem like "Thor 2" at all.

Loki said that there was a point where he was 'looking up' at the Avengers assembled. I hope that they all have to take him down. A combined effort as in Earth's mightiest Heroes season finale.
Just because he's looking up at The Avengers doesn't mean that's he's been defeated by the whole team, it also doesn't mean he's even been defeated just yet.
Loki had the Odin Force in the A:EMH finale, he doesn't have it here and it doesn't seem like his new staff makes him all that powerful.
I could see the Cosmic cube giving him that kind of power. As i said, i would LOVE for it to be a group effort taking him down. We can leave the solo battle between Thor and Loki for Thor 2.
All I want is a movie that doesn't feel like IRON MAN 2.5.
I want the other Avengers to have actual story arcs. I don't want the presence of them to be reduced to plot devices.
Examples of things they should do to prevent the above from happening:
-A scene with Steve walking through his old neighborhood, shocked at how much its changed (Puerto Rico).
-A scene with Thor visiting Jane, even if all we see is her door being opened by an unseen Portman.
-A scene with Banner looking at a photo of Betty as was done in TIH & picking up the phone to call her only to hang up once she picks up.
I really don't care if Tony has any character development in the film because he really doesn't need any.
Hulk, Cap & Thor need a continuation of their respective storylines.
I just don't see it, if the cosmic cube staff is more powerful than Odin's staff then why doesn't Odin use the cosmic cube to power his staff?
Thor shouldn't fight Loki in THOR II, fighting Loki in two previous films is enough and Thor's rogues gallery is way too impressive for him to keep fighting Loki.
I remember RIM saying that. And it's fine by me.

YEAH! just like in every football movie where the left guard gets as much focus as the quarter back, or war movies where every private is given just as much screen time as their sergeants...It is. It really is. An Avengers film, or any group superhero film should not put its focus on just few or just a singular character. Every character/member of the main team should be a lead. Otherwise, what's the point of having them in the movie? If they aren't going to play as big/equal part as the other heroes, than don't bother having them in the film. A character shouldn't be in a film if they are just there for fanboys who know **** about comics to get there jollies off of.
The film should build up every hero's stock and not just the stock of the heroes who are the most popular.
Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Hulk are just as important as important as the "Big 3".

that's a terrible idea and would bog down any movie. every team movie, every movie even, has a few characters they focus on. that's why some roles are called leads and others are supporting roles. thor, cap, and ironman should be the leads in an avengers movie.
no? how do you not understand that? if you give every character equal focus you get something like the recent rash of holiday romcoms. you have a story, and you choose your leads based on which focus best serves the story. hawkeye is my #4 favorite avenger, but an avengers formation story told from his POV isn't nearly as interesting as one told from cap's, or thor's, or ironman's.So a movie called "The AVENGERS" should not put equal emphasis on the characters that the title is about?

T"Challa;22627847 said:I'm not so sure, remember that interview with Joss some months ago when he described that very scene where Hulk catches IM, he said Cap & Thor had to rip off his facemask to prevent him from suffocating or something along those lines. Obviously whatever hit Stark compromised the suit and i'm not sure it remains functional after that. he might have had to get another one somehow
Hold up! didn't after this scene, Thor and Cap rip the helmet to the suit off of Iron Man. If that's the case does that make this suit different for the suit in the last pic.... Is that the same fight or battle? So thinking the suits in 2 and 3 could be valid.
Also, how did Iron Man not burn Cap's shoulder when he sets up between Cap and Hulk in the bad ass Avengers Circle Shot? Sorry had to say something
