Why is Stark's head so biig and Rogers' so small?

1) perspective
2) this is reality... and this is a MULTI MASSIVE franchise... with a 200mil + budget. The studio has alot riding on it, and the most familiar actor... is RDJ. So from a marketing standpoint... he should be up front. It grabs the audience who might of not seen the other marvel films, or those who've not seen any, but know who RDJ is. It's pretty common sense.
