Whoa, I don't think the world is ready for naked Hulk yet. :wow:

An archery trend? What are you talking about? I don't see kids and fangirls going around talking about archery after the release of The Hunger Games.

As for the Green Arrow, I think the show got shelved. However, you'd be fooling yourself if you believe Green Arrow wouldn't make a dent. Smallville was on television for 10 years, and Green Arrow was featured on the show for nearly 4-5 years.

The casual movie go'er thinks Hawkeye is actually Green Arrow.

It's been in the news. Schools in new york, and other parts of the country have started (or announce to start) archery programs, after the hype of the hunger games.

SNL even made a joke about it last weekend saying "yeah, what COULD go right about that????"

Yeah, that video freezes 15 seconds in. Would a reupload be possible, MarvelFreshman? Thanks!

Whoa! Gregg just called Fury 800 years old. I know that's an exaggeration but could the Infinity Formula come into play?

Ahhh, the naked hulk returns. I remember that being quite the discussion last summer in here. Its funny now, waiting to hear reactions from the premier, and naked hulk actually shows up! :lmao:

It's simply the flavor of month. Archery Programs have been featured in schools before. It's no different than when kids wanted to try Karate after watching the Karate Kid in the 80s and 90s.

just saw the "Hulk Smash" Tv spot.... good lord i smiled just like the hulk did :D

:hehe:

Guess we'll find out why Hulk is always angry and moody. She-Hulk has been talking. :oldrazz:

and? no ones arguing that. But there's certainly alot of archers this year to keep that trend up for a bit anyway. Especially this year alone (not counting these films sequels, and possible lasting effects)

Well, Nick Fury's cologne is called "Infinity Formula," so there's probably something to that. :cwink:

Well, Smallville may be popular here in the U.S., but I don't think it has a global audience like the way blockbuster movies have. If The Avengers really turn out to be a huge phenomenon, people will start mistaken Green Arrow for Hawkeye.

Anything could happen but thus far only Wolverine, Hulk and Spiderman have been Marvel's most recognizable characters in the international market.

Iron Man 1/2 and Thor made more than any X-Men or Hulk movie overseas. Significantly more.

And CA:TFA made more than X:FC, while costing $20 million less to produce. It seems so easy for some to overlook these things.

(CA:TFA also made more than both of the Hulk movies, as well.)

To be fair he specified Wolverine, not just X-Men.

Yet, X-Men and Hulk had famous tv shows. While TIH and Wolverine raked in modest numbers at the Box Office, they still remain far more popular in the GA's minds.

I think the big green muscular beast is just as recognizable as Supes.
