Kevin Feige confirmed that either Fox or Marvel can use those characters. I'm willing to bet that Marvel would have to conveniently ignore part of their history in order to have them on the team.

I'm I the only one that actually likes that Kevin Feige is involved in these films and grateful for what he's done? I really do get the feeling he wants the best for these characters and don't understand why he's demonized so much.

He's had way more hits than misses, so you're not alone. I'm glad he's there.

Im also a fan of feige--Ive tried to get into comic books and failed every time (it's the medium, not sure why) so its been a blast to get into the comic book world thru an alternate means.

I don't think they're terribly likely to show up in Avengers, since the major portions of their backstory (mutants, Magneto's kids) would probably be off-limits.

Well it's great to see that most here do recognize his good work and effort.

I doubt we'd be approaching the release of Avengers nor would there be an MCU without him. He also gets his share of credit for keeping the characters as faithful as they are to the comics.

I'm incredibly thankful for his involvement with these movies.

It'll mean more when the US reviewers have had a fair crack. I've seen a few films get treated well by Ozzie (in particular) and UK press.

I'm glad though that we've had quite a lot of familiar forum people come back and say they loved it as we have an idea how these guys think having read about their views on the film in depth. I'm already confident on that basis alone that I'm going to like it.
