I think RDJ stands out because Stark is a more charismatic, in your face character. But i think Evans' actual performance was the best of the Marvel leads so far. And one of the best lead performances in any comic book movie. He did a lot of acting with his eyes and facial expressions, which i love to see.

I think Marvel Studios is just really good at casting in general, I've been really impressed with every lead actor's performance. And since there are 8 leads this go-round that's saying something, haha

Can you ban people for taking up pages of thread space discussing the banning of said poster and/or bad-mouthing him in general?

I find it kind of funny that the only mentioning of Feige hate has been from everyone else here who has been mentioning said poster not liking him. He hasn't even been here. And I don't even remember the last time he even spoke up about Feige on these boards in any way, shape or form.

So really it just looks like a bunch of baiting and it's tiring and childish and in no way contributes to any Avengers discussions whatsoever and should really just be dropped.

Let it be known that many of you have been calling him out recently and he hasn't even been on this board to discuss anything lately.

I know that you guys have, and I think if you really looked into this case you'd see it's pretty similar. There's a disturbing trend of inventing some random personal anecdote that demonizes the guy and using it as an "argument" against him.

I was half-kidding anyway, sorry for bringing it up here when his bodyguards are around. Don't want to derail this thread. I'll drop it.

Bobby you should look in the Critics thread seriously to see what we're on about. I had to wail through approx 10-11 pages of who should get the praise for bringing the MCU to the big screen when all I wanted was to read more reviews and discuss them.

Anyway.....I havnt had much chance to continue reading that Thor run and hope to this weekend, I'm up to issue 604 at the moment. (Loki may be crazy by all means of the word, but you gotta give it to him, he is a genius. )

I find it easier just to have him on 'ignore'. That way I don't have to read through as much nonsense. Now if everyone else would do the same thing, they wouldn't feel compelled to respond to his every post, and I wouldn't have to see his posts quoted over and over.

Then the only ones he'd have to talk to would be J. Howlett and Bobby Corwin.

Whatever indeed! I don't read the critics/review thread and I didn't even know there was one! I'm talking about this thread. It's annoying when I'm trying to catch up on things and all of a sudden I'm sitting through 3 or 4 pages of everyone talking about how they don't like someone and he hasn't even been around here to say anything! It's ridiculous. There's no reason to bring him up here if he hasn't even been around here.

And I suppose if I was really hell-bent on rushing to his rescue then I'd be heading over to critics/reviews right now, but I'm not because I don't care.

If we were wasting time talking about someone else for pages on end I'd probably speak up against that as well.

He's irrational and borderline sociopathic with a strange and unhealthy hatred towards a man he's never met before.

He was here recently derailing the critics review thread. Honestly Bobby, I've got to wonder about you. The guy has been banned previously for a reason. He doesn't take any criticism of his views well and will even try and argue down a mod when he's told things have went too far. How do you manage to ignore how he chooses to communicate with others so often?

Dude, seriously, I just don't want to. I rarely talk about critic reviews on anything and I'm not about to start now just so people can prove a point. I'm completely aware that AB speaks his points like a madman at times. This is not a foreign concept to me, but I'm used to speaking with guys like him in my own personal life and on other forums, so I don't get seriously ********* every time it happens.

The only reason I am even saying anything now is because conversation has been derailing into "let's talk about getting rid of this guy we don't like even though he hasn't been around on this board to say anything." It already happened a couple of threads back and I didn't say anything. I'm saying it now because I just didn't want to sit through it again, but apparently I just can't be perceived as anything other than illogical because I don't speak out against him the same way everyone else does.

Probably because I'm not around to see all of it and most of my discussions with him are usually civil and we usually agree. Most. We have not always seen eye to eye.

You really have to wonder about me? Geez. I feel like any credibility I may have around here is lost on the fact that I'm not picking up a pitchfork and torch against this guy. Is anyone understanding the fact that I'm not rushing to his defense but simply trying to prevent more derailing on a senseless topic? I am so very confused right now.

Because I don't see why wasting space on this board is the right place to do it when you can make those requests privately to a mod. I never saw this place as a general thread before either, I've always seen it as specific. News and Specualtion; talk about Avengers or CBM's or whatever.

I reiterate. Me speaking up now has zero to do with standing up for anyone and everything to do with trying to stay on track and quit talking about people we don't like when it helps nothing. Even if they don't mean it that way, many of the comments come off as baiting and not actual complaints.

Wait, hear me out! lol. I want to see him go up into the sky and whip up a massive storm, like an actual Hurricane, then absorb it into Mjolnir to use in an attack to literally one shot an opponent. All the force of a Hurricane concentrated into a single hammer blow. BOOM!

Looks like they've pretty much got him covered for TA, but as far as Thor 2 I would simply like him to travel the 9 realms and show that side of him that Earthlings aren't familiar with. Like, he actually knows his way around the 9 realms and understands and adapts to their specific cultures and nuances. I want to see how the rest of the realms recognize him and react to him.
