Lol. Don't know about pant-less, but since Chris Hemsworth probably brought the female demographic to the movies by the simple expedient of taking his shirt off, I think a shirtless scene is definitely in the cards.

Are you calling female Thor fans shallow? How dare you!

That is so freakin beautiful. Is it just me or does this promotional art seem to be just a tad less cheesy and blatantly photoshopped than some of the other marvel promotions over the years. It really does feel more like a legitimate piece of art. Very classic, kinda reminds me of a poster from a great 80's adventure flick.

Bump

So do you guys think that the poster gives off any hints or indication as to which members will be presented as the leader? Or have the characters been positioned in that poster in a way that makes it seem like everyone is neutral?

Hehehehe. Wings.

If Cap really looks like this in The Avengers, I'm happy.

PS: but Thor could have had scales on his legs, just like his arms, and please, a decent cowl for our beloved Hawkeye. The rest is perfect.

PS2: why is Hawkeye aiming at Cap's head? We know they have had some harsh misunderstandings, but let's just calm down. :woot:

Awesomeness! My attention is naturally drawn to the redesigns: I'm not sure about putting grey on Iron Man but I'm sure it'll make sense in the plot; loving Cap's modernisation; and Hulk looks savage and has the same colours as his 2008 counterpart so I'm glad whoever was the designer decided to make him pass the squint test when it came to continuity. And Thor just looks awesome as always.

Because someone told him that the BW would cheat on him for Steve. I mean Scarlett..I mean BW loves older men.lol

Discerning. I'm calling them discerning.

Also, I'm throwing my hat into the "space armor" ring. Tony needs to be space-worthy if he wants to kick Skrull ass. :word:

Cool pic. I wish Captain America had more prominence though.

Fantastic poster. The group shot looks great. But you know what is missing, at least from the poster as a piece of artwork? The presence of Ant-Man and Wasp. I know they aren't in the movie, but judging purely in terms of a comic poster, it almost seems it should have two little heroes flying around. That's what you would normally get if it were a comic cover.

Hulk looks like Mark Ruffalo.

This Hulk facially looks like comic Hulk out of all the one's we've gotten yet. IMO

damn they made hulk look like riffalo :( I was a huge fan of the last hulk film

the cap suit looks a bit leathery but hopefully it looks better in the flesh

glad they didnt change thors costume, and dont mind the ultimate route for hawkeye

It is way too cartoony looking. This movie shouldn't be seen as kids movie. Costumes are looking great thought.

^^ My reaction as well. I can't believe people are complaining, but whatever.
Do we have to like everything? I just don't like that new promo pic. This FAN MADE poster is better

^^ Saying "I can't believe" (like I did) just means that I'm surprised. You can hate it/dislike it all you want, lol.

Yeah, too cartoony looking. They look like they came from a comic book or something.

What looks good in comics doesn't always look good in film.

I must say, Hawkeye and Hulk look incredible. Hulk looks EXACTLY like I wanted him to. The main reason I'm saying this is because this is the first time we're seeing thow they will look in the film. Also, is it me, or does Thor's costume look a little diffferent?

It's a case-by-case basis. And as that picture shows, more often than not, comic costumes do work on film.

But what do I know? I'm just a comic fan who isn't ashamed of my favourite characters' roots.
