I hope whatever they're planning on showing at Comic-Con, leaks online...again.

In the case of Thor I've always wondered if Marvel leaked that footage itself. Because the quality of that Thor Comic-Con footage was suspiciously good, not to mention they took a long time before the pulled the video from certain sites. Of course they pulled it quickly from youtube but other lesser known sites were allowed to have it for at least a month or so.

I do hope the Avengers Footage leak with an equally "suspiciously" good quality

I would rather have some (not necessarily all, since they're a race of billions) Skrulls follow around/work for/worship Thanos than have Thanos be a Skrull. Thanos has employed minions before. Let him use some Skrulls. Or have them follow him to Earth.

I'm a little worried at how these 3 villains, Loki, Thanos, and Skrulls, all come together. It seems convoluted and could be messy. Maybe Loki uses the Cosmic Cube for some reason which attracts Thanos with the Skrulls in his wake? It is the COSMIC Cube, after all, so it could be something which would attract Thanos' attention.

I'm thinking Loki's use of the Cosmic Cube gets Thanos' attention, then he, using the Skrulls as minions/soldiers, comes to Earth.

But Thanos himself isn't actually involved. He's behind the scenes, for now. And at the end when the Avengers defeat the Skrull army, perhaps with Loki's help (he has sometimes aided the good guys in times of desperate need before), Thanos is like "If you need something done right, you gotta do it yourself!". Setting it up for sequels or perhaps Thor 2.

There's no way the Thor footage was filmed in one of the convention rooms at SDCC. It was definitely the master copy.

The only question is who leaked it...

I sense a power struggle amongst the three villain groups also, and the Avengers somewhat are caught up in dealing with it, since it could not only threaten Earth, but reality.

The Gauntlet in Odins throne room must play some part if Thanos is involved. Maybe he makes a deal with Loki (who we know can sneak people in and out of Asgard) and his payoff will be getting his hands on the thing (may already be his property, but Odin 'confiscated' from him a long time in the past) The deal presuambly to support whatever shenanigans Loki is up to Earth.

Thor's film started the possibility for all sorts of fun. With the different Realms being introduced.

I see a possibility for Kang as well.

So I'd be willing to bet that even Skully will be joining the roster of baddies in The Avengers film. (Talk about villain overload....)

*If* the Skrulls are a-comin' to the Avengers movie (and it's still just rumor and conjecture at this point), I'm also wondering how many "name" Skrulls will show up....it would be damn hard to explain Super-Skrull and Lyja Laserfist without references to the FF, which obviously would raise questions about their existence in the MFU....

Red Skull warps himself to one of the Nine Realms and Cap is lodged in the snow.

I still think Thanos should be a cameo, hearing from the Skrulls how they were defeated by these Earth forces and the Cube which has Thanos perk up and make claim to Earth for Avengers 2 or 3. That way, in the interim films, you could touch on Adam Warlock and Death.

As much as I hate the Skrull idea ..... I was looking more at Coulson and his facial structure and he started looking more and more like one. His chin in particular stood out.

Alas, we know that the whole point of Coulson's character is not just to tie the movies together, but because it allows the writers to do as they please with him since he has no back story in the comics.

I hopeb Thanos's appearance is just a set-up for sequels. He should be saved for the big finale of an Avengers trilogy, not the one to start things off.
