IMO it's looks like a live action of the ultimates! turn hulk Grey and into a cannibal, then take away thors cape, and the armour chains around his arm, its basically ultimate volume 1. wasnt loki the villian in that book too? or was it Vol 2?

I hope that never happens. The Ultimate characterizations all suck.

I hope by the end of the movie Hawkeye gets a more super hero looking costume. I've seen some realistic fanmade versions of the comic costume... It can be done. Also, Hawkeye better be the wisecracking archer we all know & love. Not that whiney Punisher wannabe that he is in the Ultimate universe.

Wait, so you want him to sport two costumes in one movie? Not gonna happen. What you see is what we're getting.

Looks white to me. Like I said we need a better scan or a different angle. I don't see WHY they'd have white Sleeves on all the costumes so far and not the Avengers version

Yup.

I'm personally fine with it .... and I'm someone who wanted the essence of the original uniform captured. You can tell they added those white markings near his shoulders to break it up just a little bit.

I still say WAIT for a different Angle guys, don't jump to conclusions until we see the full costume. I just don't think that With the First Avenger uniform, the Uso costume having White sleeves that the Avengers version won't

It's possible that the blue extends all the way to his gloves but the undersides are white or possibly grey. Looks like it to me on his shield arm anyway. I don't think that little chevron on his shoulder is enough to break up all that blue personally.

Also the blue belt pouches look weird. Will be interesting to see what's different between this design and the real costume.

USO Cap looks hilarious and awesome at the same time. Im glad they put that costume in, just so any purist can shut up about going with it full on for the movie.

Those wings though lol.

I think it would be cool if at some point, as they have to quickly leave the helicarrier to confront something, at night, Fury tossing a 'helmut', resembling the 616 mask to Clint and saying, "Here, you'll need this. You'll have enhanced hearing, nightvision, and the points over the eyes are the latest in motion detection. If it's within 200 ft. of ya, you'll know! HEAD OUT HEROS!!!!!
To at least make a 'gesture' of sorts to those of us who hate the Ultimates look and characterizations.

I think it would be cool if at some point, as they have to quickly leave the helicarrier to confront something, at night, Fury tossing a 'helmut', resembling the 616 mask to Clint and saying, "Here, you'll need this. You'll have enhanced hearing, nightvision, and the points over the eyes are the latest in motion detection. If it's within 200 ft. of ya, you'll know! HEAD OUT HEROS!!!!!
To at least make a 'gesture' of sorts to those of us who hate the Ultimates look and characterizations.

Why do you think they deserve a gesture? These costumes are just that: costumes. If Marvel felt like the 616 version wouldn't work in the context of the movie, so be it. There's no need to try to appease everyone, because we all know that's impossible.

You never know. There's been alot of 'nods' thrown out in the previous Marvel Studio flicks.Nods that the GA prob wouldn't even pick up on. I have a feeling that the Avengers movie is going to be the ultimate (no pun intended), NOD-FEST! Giving a nod to Hawkeye fans who have liked, and bought the character for all these years doesn't seem to far fetched for me. It being a nod to the classic Hawkeye costume that is most associated with the character.

A nice nod I enjoy is the pattern on Falseworths jacket in CA:TFA.
