Who thinks that Charlie Hunnam wills be a great Flash for Arrow?

Arrow producer Andrew Kreisburg, announced that september 30th is the the date they are filming the 8th episode (the 1st that The Flash is in), so we will definitely know who is going to be The Flash by at LATEST, the end of this month if not sooner!!... And it sure as hell better not be Hunnam

Yes, because clearly he's up for the role, what with his still-running series and the film he just signed on for. :whatever:

Hah well I dont really care enough about him to know everything he's working on but i was just replying to the earlier comments saying he'd actually be a GOOD Flash..which i disagree

Well Hunnam won't be Flash now since he's Christian Grey I bet for sure...lol.

(which is fine with me, I'd rather Gosling anyway)

ElMayimbe says they start screen testing Monday.

in 2 or 3 weeks they'll search and find someone to play that role? are castings usually done that quickly?

Im not sure about casting, but they have to start shooting on the 30th so they will have to have their final decision by then. I'm sure testing for the role has already started and they are either narrowing it down between a few actors, or they just haven't met the right guy for the job yet.

i think they might already have that guy if they're shooting this soon.

Well I doubt the films going to happen whilst the series is on anyway.

For TV shows, yep. Mostly. They cast within 2-3 weeks before the episode starts shooting. Sometimes even shorter. People have apparently already come in?

will this include the collapsible costume inside a ring?

I'd dobut it, if it does, it would likely be nanotech of some sort if it is.

I'd love the costume in the ring. Thing is I don't think it needs Nolanising as much as people think. The guy moves at super speed so I don't think its difficult to imagine with that he could use his speed and the force of that to fold and fold his suit until its down to a tiny size.

Yeah, :-/

I REALLY hope the show is awesome though....if ends up being super good, then it may make me not mind that there's not a movie as much. Lol.

Yeah well I'm hoping we get an awesome 4 to 5 season show and then maybe two years after that a feature film (not with the cast from the series).

I think the show could really raise awareness for the character.

Tbh I agree with your last comment though the show might be so awesome that we don't even mind about their not been a film. I know if they get the FX spot on and can make the show as big as possible I wouldn't mind at all. Its kind of the same I feel about Arrow, its such a great show and it has some awesome ceographed fight scenes so I'm not sure what a movie would add other than a bigger budget.

I like the name of Red-Yellow Blur and then be known as The Blur from then on. :p

If they're going to cast young for the show, how about Matt Barr?

He's no stranger to being on CW shows like Hellcats and One Tree Hill, and he seems like he has the look yes?

When you're right, you're right apparently.

Matt Barr certainly looks the part and would fit the CW mold in how they like their leads to look.
