The Batman Reboot Casting Thread - Part 2

I don't know what made me think of it, but I think Mark Pellegrino would make a really good Joker.

Has anyone considered Ray Stevenson as Bruce Wayne/Batman? I know he's too old by Hollywood's standards, but I just thought I'd throw it out there.

Also, after re-watching "The Dark Knight," I thought that Giovanni Ribisi could have replaced Heath Ledger as the Joker.

Kevin Porter from BATINTHESUN's Seeds of Arkham should be Batman, he is perfect.

What about Garret Hedlund? 6'2, almost 28 years old. From what I can tell he's a pretty good actor.

Just a thought, not to mention this thread needs a boost of energy.

Garett for Batman? LOL nah

He would make a sick Hal Jordan or Aquaman though.

i've suggested him before. he's like my 3rd choice though.

You know who would make a ridiculously incredible Joker?

Daniel Day Lewis.

He definitely would, but don't you think he's a little too old?

It wouldn't matter with all of that makeup slathered on.

But he'd never do it, anyway, because I hear he's bat**** insane.

When page was open on my screen it was your post. :o
But now, he's a turd for rolling his eyes. :oldrazz:

I would throw Ben Foster in there for Clayface or Zzazz.

michael sheen would be a great riddler especially after seeing him in tron legacy

Hell no to Hedlund.

He's too "cute" for the role. I know the thought is already exhausted, but I do like the look of Jon Hamm for Batman. He's too old and too..."used", but he really does have the look and he sure as hell can play the billionaire playboy side of Bruce.

And I know I may be alone, but I am so down to see a Batman with stubble.

I really want to see a Die Hard style Batman movie that takes place over one night, ending with Batman's suit in tatters and stubble under his cowl.

That's an awesome idea, but I feel like that it wouldn't work for a film. Batman has such this rich dual personality. To have the film be ENTIRELY Batman would a bad move, in my opinion. You need Bruce Wayne.
