i saw kinnaman in lola vs. he's a bit too innocent looking, but he does like the wayne part.

I really want a 3-picture adaptation of Hush portrayed by Michael C. Hall before he gets to old.

Cranston should be Gordon. Hands down.

I don't know about Batman, yet.

He does have a workable look for Wayne. He's very similar to Bale in that he can look classy and refined, but also dark and psychotic.

I think they should go much younger with the next Batman, like Earth One. I think Alex Pettyfer would be an interesting choice. Also, I don't know about anyone else, but I really want to see a definitive take on Dick Grayson and Vicki Vale on screen.

That would be stupid. We already got the young Year One Batman with Bale in Batman Begins. Pettyfer would be horrible for any of these roles.

...with Liam Cunningham as Alfred, Nikoaj Coster-Waldau as Two-Face, Harry Lloyd as The Riddler and Rory McCann as Solomon Grundy

Not really related to casting, but give me more acrobatics/agility in my Batman movies:

He's a little too big for Harvey.

Terry O'Quinn as Hugo Strange?

As strange as this sounds I think Jon Hamm would be an awesome Bruce Wayne plus he has the jaw to play Batman. :BA

as strange as it sounds, nobody finds jon hamm as bruce wayne strange at all.

want robin williams for hugo strange ever since he was rumored for TDKR way back when

Jon Hamm would be sweeeeeet. Suave, but with a great tortured quality. He does loud and quiet very well.

I feel like an older Batman is fine, especially if they want to bring Robin into it (late teens/early twenties).

A Hush story arch that builds over three films?

Hush is way too obscure, too new and not that strong of a character to be given 3 films. You'll be lucky to get 1 film where he's a main villain, or even a supporting villain. I do like the thought of Michael C. Hall though.

Cranston is the fanboys wet dream for Gordon, no doubt.

Rumors are out that Armie Hammer is going to be Batman. I would like to lay out a resounding NO.

Aren't those rumors from a few weeks ago? If so, i heard they weren't true. And there's no way i can accept Armie Hammer as Batman lol.

Anyone been reading on this site? Has a lot of information I've never come accross before, but I'm not sure how good the sources are..

Anyways, glad Armie, apparently, is out of the question, but Gyllenhaal? He doesn't really look gritty enough for me.. Batman needs to look a little more tough and melancholic than that!

But like I said, not sure about the sources..

Has anyone ever seen Gyllenhaal convincingly play a dark role? I've seen POP, Source Code, and End of Watch, and I've never bought him as a tough guy.

Once again, we're in complete agreement. A big NO to Gyllenhaal.

I really hope they end up going for a MAN for this role and move past all these boyish types. And no, age really isn't the determining factor in that distinction, so I don't care that JG is in his early 30's. Leo DiCaprio is pushing 40 and he's still a man-boy. Fassbender and Ramirez are both younger than him, but they have the more masculine, mature quality Batman should have, imo.
